We had a great week, resort was beautiful and clean, staff and guests were so friendly, our room was amazing (rooftop balcony), beach was clean, lots of activities, fitness classes, etc. Our butlers, Gina and Lou were the best! They went above and beyond.

Another great stay
A wonderful time. Stayed in room 4405 and had a great view of the ocean and rooftop jacuzzi. Our butlers, Gina and Lu were amazing. Very attentive and will to help wherever needed. Can’t say enough good things about them, and the resort. Our 3rd trip, and we’ll be back again.

I feel we got our moneys worth for sure and then some!
Just got back from Royalton riviera cancun I loved it ! So much for kids of all ages to do the splash pad was amazing food trucks and bar are right there to.The food was amazing even the smorg.Lots of alcohol in the drinks.Service was great from drinks always being full to clean rooms and a stocked fridge daily .If u wanted extra stock in your fridge they were very accommodating.Even for smokers there are areas!entertainment was great!rain showers were awesome!coffee at the the coffee bar was so good ! The lobby is so big I loved going up there after supper it’s beautiful! Staff was so friendly and very helpful! I would definitely go again .I sure didn’t mind tipping staff work very hard !

Benny the butler is a legend! Nothing was too much trouble and he made our holiday. Pools are great, beach is great, what more could you ask?

Pros: The resort itself is beautiful. The rooms are beautiful as well. The staff is lovely. Everyone has differing opinions on the restaurants and buffet food. I am not a picky eater so I quite enjoyed the majority of the food. Several beautiful pools. This is a very large resort which is good and bad. Good that it has lots of pools, restaurants and bars but if you have a room that is far away it can be annoying. Rooms are clean and beds are pretty comfortable. Cons: one of the buildings clearly has a septic issue. Every time you are near or walk through it smells disgusting. I don’t find this to be a fun resort, not a lot of activities happening and the nightly entertainment is basically just music, singers bands etc, unlike other resorts that put on amazing entertainment. Only one hot tub which was crowded and therefore the water looks gross. They are constantly cleaning the lobby but all the hallways are filthy. The bars would run out of ingredients and the coffee shop also was out of things on the menu regularly. The check-in and check-out process is painfully slow with 4 staff members behind the desk not doing anything. I don’t want to spend 2 hours of my vacation standing in line.
