Had an amazing time. The bartender Juan at the diamond club beach bar made the trip! We stayed at the hideaway earlier in the year and preferred because of the restaurants and adults options. Beware of the sales pitch in the area outside the rooms . We were hounded constantly about meeting someone for a 10 minute conversation at breakfast that we watched go on for hours. No thank you!

Family vacay in the DR
We had a wonderful time at this resort. The food was great for the most part. Zen restaurant was our favourite. But even the buffet was pretty decent. Pool was the perfect temperature. The waterpark was more fun than I expected. The only downfall was the ability to book reservations for the restaurants on the app. However, we were diamond club and our butler was able to make sure we were able to enjoy everything we wanted. Thanks Omar!

Beautiful service and we enjoyed the best vacation for last 20 years
This was the best resort i visited for last 20 years . Beautiful atmosphere, unbelievable butler service provided by Omar Del Rosario . Definitely the best by far butler service i experienced in my many trip to Caribbean Islands and i visited almost all of them. I wish to have the same butler service tor my future vacations. Thanks to make our dream vacation unforgettable. Omar, me and my wife love you . Please stay the same for all the time !!’ This was the best resort i visited for last 20 years . Amazing time in DR
Juan, joesmerlie and Wilson at the hideaway bar provided very good service every day. They always remembered our drink orders and all of them were so good. They even remembered us from past years that we were here. Overall I would recommend coming to Hideaway as it is adults only and more secluded and better service.

Royalton splash
I went to the Royalton splash in Punta Cana it was amazing. The best Service was from the lobby bartenders Alexi and Roberto. They made our trip rememberable and always had a great time talking to them. The food was better than expected. Everything was fresh and cooked great

The project is organized in phases to avoid disturbing guests, focusing on areas like the main building, Diamond Club lounge, theater, Convention Center, and Wedding Gazebo.
