Location of rooms were conveniently near the pool beach and my favorite buffet. Atmosphere was very pleasant and friendly and our butler, drivers and hotel staff were always polite and helpful.

5 stars for Royalton Punta Cana
We had an awesome time attending our friend's wedding here! Level of service was great, specifically from Romeo our Butler for the duration of the stay. He handled a room change for us, created dinner reservations, and would message me each morning with optional events schedule and to ask if there was anything he could do for us. Very much appreciated!

A nice resort with quite a few amenities. Room was clean and modern. Everywhere we went the staff was friendly and accommodating. The beach was the best part and we always had a nice covered spot. Our butler Nicolas was excellent.

5 Stars for Chefs Victor & Hector! But other Services Needs Work)
Overall, the resort was excellent concerning the beach, pools, drinks, and entertainment Areas for Improvement Unfortunately, the service was significantly lacking, specifically the butler service, which offered us no assistance despite our past positive experiences with butler services at other all-inclusive resorts. The room was just okay, and the bathroom had a noticeable odor. Special Recognition Everything aside, I want to express my sincere appreciation for Chef Victor and Chef Hector from the buffet area. They were incredibly helpful every day in assisting us with finding vegetarian options. On a couple of occasions, they even went out of their way to prepare a special vegetarian dish for us. Additionally, the entertainment team was absolutely fun and deserves high praise.

Very nice
I had an incredible experience at Royalton Punta Cana. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with warm smiles and excellent service. The resort is beautifully maintained. Fernando helped us and was very kind to us. He also helped us with the luggages.
