I ended up booking Diamond Club and it was worth it for the premium liquor and butler who books reservations for you (thank you Johnny!). I wish they had a better wine selection for Diamond Club; it was the same wine that they served at the buffet. Room was nicely upgraded, but bathroom was not and needs to be. I had difficulty connecting to WiFi at times. Restaurants: Buffet - I was happily surprised. A ton of food options, delicious fresh fruit. My 9 y/o son loved eating here. Steakhouse - Again, happily surprised. I had a nice steak and sides. My son enjoyed a hamburger. Italian - Blah, nothing special. Mexican place over at Splash - I thought it was fine. My son hated it. The hibachi restaurant - I have no idea why everyone wants to eat here. It's the same exact thing as in the States, but with less options. Very overrated in my opinion. Gelato/coffee bar - Good. Big pool with swim up bar - Gross. Lots of drunk, tacky people. Lots of smokers. Hard to find pool towels in the afternoon. Kids pool - Nice and big. Diamond Club "pool" - It's not really a pool in my opinion, it's just where all of the swim out rooms are. Ocean - If you like waves, you'll be happy. Splash water park - We spent every morning here! 7 different slides and a wave pool. I wish I had brought water shoes; the ground becomes very slippery. The lifeguards do measure to make sure kids are tall enough, but I feel like the safety standards are much less rigorous than in the U.S. My son fell off of the innertube on the big yellow slide and hit his head and elbow. There was not a lifeguard at the bottom, no one tell help him if I had not been standing there. I'd say this is a 3.5 star resort. Great for kids given the water park. I would never come here without children or on a romantic getaway.

Service great, food great, weather great. Warmley welcomed escorted to our table and welcomed with breads etc overall service was great
