Rooms were good no complaints was definitely all I needed especially being Solo. Butler service 10 outa 10 with my girl Noraya she is a Boss. Food good nothing crazy but definitely not bad. Spa was on point definitely worth every cent. Drinks Great I keep it simple JW Black neat... Would definitely go back in the future.

Fantastic wedding
Fantastic experience, we had our wedding at this resort, Luis was our wedding coordinator, he was amazing, kept us updated and in the loop with everything. Went out his way to help us with everything. Would 100% recommend

Lovely hotel. We are here now and can’t fault the hotel. I anticipated some issues coming here due to the reviews and I am fussy but it’s lovely. Rooms nice big and clean no smells. Fridge topped up daily. Staff if you say help to them they say it back and very friendly. Big shout out to the staff in the coffee shop and a waiter Greicy who went above and beyond at the Tui BBQ. Food no problem a lot to choose from. No problems booking restaurants on app Zen nice but noisy and used steak house twice. Under the sea at Splash was very nice and had my husband birthday meal there, went out of their way to make it special. Room was also decorated for his birthday. Yes it’s not 5* tiles missing in pool and could do either painting here and there but staff trying to fix this whilst guests here. My only moan is other guests (not UK) very rude! It costs nothing got manners but never heard please or thank you. I overheard someone call the waitress servant which made my blood boil!!🤬 Staff work tirelessly so a $1 or 2 goes along way and your drinks get topped up pretty quick. Thank you for making my husband’s big birthday special, would I return yes.

Good fitness facilities
Quality entertainment and activities crew, also probably the best gym facilities I’ve used at a hotel, shout out black coffee aka Alexander, quality entertainer and fitness instructor.

This was one of the worst experiences that I had at the Royalton Punta Cana. As a repeat guest . I was there for my niece wedding . Roaches at the buffet and food was horrible
