    Rest and relaxation

    Some reviews prior nearly put us off but we went with our gut and so glad we did . We did DC swim up room and it was great Butler service from Kalvin was exceptional. He welcomed , showed us round ,sorted dinner arrangements and popped by to check in with us . The buffet restaurant we found to be super clean, great service and loads of choice .we went for food cooked fresh in front of you and it was lovely. Lobster, prawns, steak, chicken, pork. So much choice The restaurants weren’t as good we found. The steak house and Tepianaki were fab but Jade and Under the sea were very disappointing with luke warm food . Service was good though ! We had room service for breakfast and I would highly recommend this . The beach is beautiful and again service fabulous The main pools looked ok but we didn’t use do cannot comment Overall it is a place to go and “pull your plug out” rest and relax and that’s exactly what we did Go and enjoy it

    Honest review, currently here from the UK

    Honest review. We went to this hotel back in May 2024 and had the best time so thought we would book again for December 2025(currently here still). Our room is lovely, block four, newly renovated and fridge stocked up everyday FOOD! In 2024 we couldn’t fault the food but this hotel has gone down quite abit since our last stay, breakfast hot food is luke warm/cold. Bakery section, it tastes stale, not like it’s been fresh baked. I had to point out to the waiter that the bread by the toaster had mould on it but this was quickly rectified. Some waiters/waitresses are polite but some can be quite rude(not sure if this is just their manner) RESTAURANTS Don’t be fooled by the 8 restaurants on site, it’s so hard to get the one you want, actually impossible on the booking app. We gave up in the end and went to the buffet in the evening which wasn’t that great at all, it’s better for lunch time. When I asked for help at reception with the booking app they just didn’t want to know and just told me it’s first come first serve. If your in diamond club you get first pick hence why I think there was nothing left to book for the people that wasn’t. Pools are lovely and lots of beds during the day, and the beech is stunning. I don’t feel this is a 5 star hotel maybe 3 creeping to a four. Evening entertainment was repeated every week but loads to do for the children. Such a shame that it’s gone down since our last visit but will Not be booking here again, such a shame!

    Party of 17

    Resort was just ok. The food needs a big improvement it was sometimes inedible. The best thing about this Resort was the butler service ANTONIO hands down the BEST!! He made sure my party of 17 people was always taken care of. His level of service was unmatched. Request him if your staying in the diamond section

    My stay

    Romeo was our butler and he did an amazing job providing for us throughout our stay. All of our reservations and complimentary things were all taken care of with the help of him! This resort was very kind and a beautiful place, definitely recommend!
