Great experience
Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. Rooms were kept clean daily. Bartenders at the diamond club beach bar(where we hung out the most) Francesco, Maria, and Oscar were amazing and alot of fun. Our butler, Omar, also did an amazing job. Made our dinner reservations every night, and fulfilled our requests and answered any questions we had. Definitely will return.

Went to the resort with my husband, we arrived on Friday October 17 and by Sunday the 19 I had food poisoning along with 135 other people. My husband immediately let our butler and the front desk know of what happened. They basically acted like they had no idea, but they were aware that that many people are sick and did nothing. This is unacceptable. We will not be going back.

Highly recommend Royalton Punta Cana!!
We had the best time at Royalton Punta Cana. From the time we were greeted by staff to welcoming drinks. We had the best service! We ended up with Diamond Club experience and our butler, Johnny took care of us. From giving us all the details about the hotel; prices for spa-massages and cabana. Hours of each service like gym and buffet, as well as restaurant reservation times. Johnny always answered in a timely manner and always made sure we were taken care of. If we needed things for the room, he made it happen quickly and booked our restaurants as requested. We were truly so relaxed at this resort. Everything was close by; the beach, the pools, restaurants, buffet, spa, gym, cafe, sports bars, casino, theatre, disco. The staff were lovely and we definitely will be back here again! Thank you
