Feb 25, 2026NORA VIRUS!!! Waste of money
Terrible restaurants, rude staff, glasses are not cleaned just rinsed, hotel very unhelpful and NORA VIRUS has been infecting guests since 2024 apparently! We all got very sick! Raw chicken served and cut by the chef so they saw it and ignored it!! No complaints were noted by any of the staff and the forms we completed “lost” also don’t bother upgrading you get nothing extra WASTE OF MONEY!

Disappointing experience
The worse experience ever . We went there with family of 10 Paid extra £1.5 k for diamond room - upgrade Been treated worse than standard room Rude staff , keep chasing for service , drinks in mini bar , towels , Private beach full - no chairs available for us - no towels at 11 am . When I ask staff for beach towels , they just replay - finished …. 3 restaurant when we try to book a dinner - no space available Reported issue to female manager - she didn’t bother to do anything during our 7 days stay No apologies , nothing Spend over £14k for family holiday which turned a disaster Not mention about out teens rooms with damp and mould !!’ Very disappointed

Nice and clean property, lots of phones and options to keep the kids and the adults busy food has been decent. So far and the service is really helpful.A good luxury resort with plenty amenities and entertainment and food or kids really enjoyed. We will definitely come again.

Hunter Steak was a great restaurant with excellent food and service. The ambience was very nice. Our waiter, Senyi was very nice and helpful.

Avoid
Terrible! Everyone caught Norovirus (16 in our group alone) restaurants are poor quality, buffet was the best but on days sometimes shocking food. Room service practically inedible, served raw chicken on day 1 (picture attached) their reasoning was that someone other than a chef prepared it? Sold excursions at one price then charged another on check out. Butler service upgrade was pointless, no pool was different and butler only booked a restaurant (we can do that very easily)
