  We'll be coming back for sure ! 💛

  Everything was very good ! The resort is very clean and look well maintained ! The staff is super generous on everything ! The dominican people are very welcoming on this resort. We were Diamond club members, our butler Delgis Antonio Castillo was super effective and very kind ! He made a big difference in our experience at this resort ! We absolutely dont regret buying that option. The food and service at the Royalton-Punta Cana was pretty good ! Being at this resort we had access to the Royalton- Splash, the food there was ok but not great, the service on this part of the resort is less effective and less pleasant. Not terrible, but not as good as the other side ! 3 restaurants a la carte on the splash side, 4 restaurants a la carte on the punta cana side + 2 buffets. We only tried the punta cana buffet because it was near our room building. A lot of food choice everyday in the buffet and super service from the staff! The splash waterslides was a nice spot to go with our teenager ! Seems to be dated a bit, but a fun way to change the daily routine. 7 cool and different waterslides for our pleasure ! The rooms are clean, they look like other Royalton resort ! They looked modern and fresh ! The beds were confortable and hard as we like ! The cleaning lady and Mr Bar were passing every day and put everything we asked for ! They even come every night to open the bed. Super service ! The bars had plenty of choice, the pool bar was hard to be served rapidly because of the amount of people but all the other bars were very fast ! We've been to 3 shows, the best one was Michael Jackson, the second one was the circus show they were very good, the third one was the fire show good but simple in our opinion ! We had a couple massage that was really nice. The hydrotherapy part wasn't clean enough for us so we left 15 minutes later ! The beach is very beautiful but a lot of waves for us so we didn't enjoyed it as much as usual. There is plenty of chairs at the beach and around the pools. The problem is the humans that reserved the chairs but never sit on it, not the hotel's problem ! The only regret we had, was not taking the swim-out room in the Diamond building ! We would have liked it a lot as it is very big and long ! The less good point for this resort : ● no elevators in rooms buildings ● no restaurant reserved for Diamond club members only (they should have add that to there offer since we pay a good price for it like the Hideaway part) ● Room service does not offer anything with alcool. So we ordered in-room breakfast, but no option for having mimosa except for going to the bar in an other building to take them ! ● the trolley in between the 2 resorts is always full and they dont send another one when they see that there is more people waiting to up on ! (Again human problem, when the trolley arrive people pass before they should and takes other's places !) MUCHO GRACIAS DELGIS ANTONIO !!!! - From your beloved bests guests ! 🤭😝

  Low quality all inclusive full of scams

  I am here now. Here is an objective review. We paid for Diamond Club. Good - drinks are ok if you specify that they use decent alcohol. Beach is relatively nice, except for the constant bombardment of people selling things. Bad - We had an awful time with the included transfer. We were dropped off at the other Royalton and no one wanted to help us. They wanted us to pay to take a taxi. After an hour, the transfer came back to pick us up and take us to the correct place. The entire property needs maintenance as pool tiles are missing and loor tiles are missing. They just patch with cement rather than repair. The food is very low quality. The buffet is bad..a few edible things but mostly low quality. We went to the "steakhouse" - basically thin disgusting, chewy steaks! The voucher is a complete scam...you will be told to exchange it for some coupon book. But they will be out of the books...and the spa doesn't take it. Butler is a scam too. It is a battle to get restaurant reservations... Overall, this is a very low quality all inclusive that is trying to pretend to be something else!

  Royalton Splash

  I’ve stayed at both Royalton Punta Cana in 2023 and November 2025 at Royalton Splash. I must say that the Royalton Punta Cana was a better experience. I do want to give my Butler Ana at the Royalton Splash a big thank you because she was awesome.

  Overall experience

  My overall experience was wonderful. The staff was friendly and welcoming especially our butler.. ANTONIO.. He ensured our stay was fun and that we were well taken care of.

  A memorable time

  This was my second trip to a Royalton resort- our family went to Royalton Splash in March 2025. We came back to the Toyalton Punta Cana and I was even more impressed. The location of our rooms in Building 6 meant we were close to the pools, and the ocean and our favourite coffee shop. Our butler, Antonio Castillo, was very efficient and personable from the moment we met. He was proactive , checking in each morning on us and got us the reservations at restaurants we wanted. And he followed up. He is an excellent ambassador for the resort. I have never gone back before to a resort but I am very happy our group did and I would return again .
