Oct 16, 2026Honeymoon At Royalton!!!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The BEST Honeymoon at Royalton Punta Cana! 🌴❤️ My wife and I spent our honeymoon at Royalton Punta Cana Hideaway, and we absolutely LOVED our stay! From the moment we arrived, everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The entire resort was beautiful, incredibly clean, and the service and hospitality were amazing! It truly was one of the best weeks of our lives! We HIGHLY recommend upgrading to Hideaway and getting Diamond Club! Having access to the adults-only beach, pool, bar, and restaurant made our experience so much better! It was so nice having those areas to relax and enjoy throughout the week. If you’re considering the upgrade, we definitely think it’s worth it! We also have to give a HUGE shoutout to our butler, Victor Lopez! Victor was absolutely incredible and played such a big part in making our honeymoon so memorable! He took care of all our restaurant reservations, gave us great recommendations, and even arranged a beautiful private romantic dinner right on the beach for my wife and me! He also surprised us with delicious desserts throughout our stay, which was such a thoughtful touch. Beyond all of that, Victor was just a genuinely great person! We loved getting to talk with him and hang out with him throughout the week. He made us feel so welcome and taken care of, and we couldn’t have asked for a better butler. If you’re visiting Royalton, we HIGHLY recommend requesting Victor! He truly is the best! The food was another highlight of our trip! We weren’t the biggest fans of the buffet, but we absolutely LOVED eating at all the restaurants! We highly recommend Dorado, especially if you’re a Diamond Club Hideaway guest. We much preferred eating there over the buffet! Bella Cucina Italian was another favorite (order the rigatoni!), and we also loved the hibachi and sushi! We had so many great meals throughout the week! We also treated ourselves to massages and hydrotherapy at the spa, and it was such a relaxing experience! The spa was beautiful, peaceful, and definitely worth visiting during your stay. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better honeymoon! Everything was so clean, the staff was incredibly kind, and the service and hospitality were outstanding. You could tell how hard everyone worked to make sure guests had an amazing experience, and we truly appreciated it! Thank you to the entire Royalton team, and especially Victor, for making our honeymoon a week we’ll never forget! We loved every minute of our stay and will absolutely be back! 🌴☀️❤️

Oct 14, 2026Everything great except the sellers of the time sharing
We loved the resort, we loved the food and we loved the drinks. Everything was very pleasant until the people from the "time share" tried to board us, they grabbed us with the usual, for 30 minutes of your time we will give you a free massage coupon, but you only needed to assist for 30 minutes, when we get there a disgraceful man tells us that if we don´t stay 90 minutes he was not going to do any for us, that we needed to turn off our phones almost no bathroom breaks, we obviously jumped out, but his attitude was absolutely horrific, made us feel trapped with no escape, they forced us to show them our credit cards and even had the audacity to ask if the "premium" card was mine, and yes a have a high level visa card, and yes I use ripped clothes, but it was absolutely shocking. DO NOT FALL FOR THEM, JUST BE RUDE SAY NO AND CONTINUE ON YOUR WAY!!! THEY WILL RUIN YOUR DAY AS THEY RUINED OURS!!!!!

Honest review
We are frequent travelers. We are shocked to have cleaning people going through our personal belongings when we didn’t yet check out. Be careful with your money and personal belongings. Also the front desk lady was not accommodating. Mosquitoes are really bad and they don’t properly sanitize, even when you asked them to do it. We will not return to this hotel anymore. We had much better experience in RIU resorts.
