    Love it here!

    Our favorite resort 3rd time here friendly staff everywhere our butler Denis does not disappoint he gives the best service! The bbq at hideaway so yummy! We hope to be back next year

    Overall would recommend!

    My husband and I spent a week at Royalton Hideaway from January 21-28 and overall had a great time! THE GOOD: Laura, our diamond club assistant, was fantastic and very helpful. Having her help with everything alone made diamond club worth it even without the welcome package. Shoutout to Antonio and Wander at the pool bar and Juan at the Hideaway bar - great drinks, lovely people. The food everywhere we went except the Italian exceeded our expectations. The brunch spread is to die for. The resort was spotless from the beaches to the public bathrooms to our room. Housekeeping works hard and it shows! We never had any problems with finding a comfy chair or two at any of the pool areas or on the beach. The beach is gorgeous. THE BAD: We were without WiFi for 5 of our 7 days resort-wide which I’m not sure was in the resort’s control but bit of a bummer. Pack a lot of sunscreen because they charge 40 USD for it in the gift shop when you run out! And the Italian restaurant was a disappointing meal, very bland and salty. THE UGLY: My only significant complaint which is keeping me from writing a 5 star review is Royalton allowing people on the beaches with animals like parrots, iguanas, monkeys, etc. for tourist photo ops. It’s so sad to see them looking stressed out by being handled from strangers and the animals are not treated well once they’re taken home. I’d love to see Royalton enforce a rule against this. Overall would recommend this resort ESPECIALLY with the diamond club upgrade! Worth every cent!

    Royalton Hideaway Punta Cana vacation

    The Royalton Hideaway Punta Cana was absolutely beautiful and Denis, our Butler was so nice and helpful. He decorated our friend’s room with birthday balloons and cake to make her birthday special. He helped with excursions and dining reservations. I highly recommend him and the Royalton Hideaway Punta Cana!!

    Happy repeat guests (2222)

    We had another fantastic time at hideaway.No issues at all.Juan,Rudy and josemerlyn gave us great service at the pool again.Victor was our butler, yet again nothing was too much trouble for him.Had lots of fun with JP and yohanna along with many others, some were repeat guests just like us.We even got asked to turn on the Christmas lights in the lobby again.That was a great night with external entertainment creating a spectacular show. Our favourite restaurant was yet again Dorado.We ate at most places, no issues, no illness.Our room was always clean,and always replenished daily.Many thanks to all management and staff who know us.We appreciate everything you do for us. See you all again in may and November.Yes!!! 2 more reservations for this year are already made.
