  What a honeymoon 😍

  What a honeymoon. All the way from Melbourne Australia. Food was very good, reviews made me sceptical on food at cancun hotels but this one impressed. The buffet was actually incredibly varied and tasty, for a buffet you dont expect much but this was restaurant quality food just sitting there. All the restaurants were very good, a stand-up would be vespa the Italian restaurant. The atmosphere was positive and clean all over. It does look like its photos. The beach was the best my wife has seen and she has lived in europe. It is an expensive resort id say but worth the money we spent. Mauricio is an amazing and friendly restaurant manager who we spoke to several times and had some laughs even took a photo and got his number. Jasmin is such a happy waitress and always saying hello and smiling and being accommodating They have a vibe team that hold events like pool parties, aqua aerobics, beach volleyball etc. Diego from the vibe team seems to have alot of energy and helps get the party started always in a good mood and getting people into it. The rest of the vibe team were also amazing. Ulises from the mexican restaurant is a man on a mission, so fast, so friendly and happy to answer any questions, he may be an older man but moves like his 22years old 😆 was impressive to see. Carina kept our room spotless and left us towel sculptures and rose petals Hugo,Oscar and the bartenders were excellent cocktail makers Daniela the waitress at the pool was so sweet and kind, you were never thirsty if she was around. The cafe on site was good with little sweets to keep you going. The pool bar cafe had wonderful burgers for a quick feed without leaving the action. The music and energy at the main pool was a nice medium level not too soft and not ear piercingly loud. The negatives. Level 18 pool party wasn't as crazy as I thought, maybe we went at the wrong times but I thought it would be like a vegas pool party, maybe everyone just enjoyed the main pool too much to go to level 18s pool parties. Room service is hit and miss, sometimes bring the order in 20mins and sometimes you would have to call a second time. Hot Water broke for 48hours so it was frustrating, would have liked a slight discount for the inconvenience. Overall I am happy with my experience at the resort, we were never bored or never regretted our choice, its more a low key party atmosphere at night majority of people were 30s 40s some late 20s. If you want to party like you 21 probably go elsewhere where the crowds all 21yo's but if you want a good balance then come here. we stayed two weeks and would come back soon but living in Australia it is abit far and expensive to travel, guess we Aussies have bali 😆

  A place where you can both relax and have fun

  We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Chic Cancun. It was a bit smaller of a resort then we were used to however it had everything we were looking for. The location was perfect as it was close to the airport. Our goal was to both relax and have fun and we were able to do both. Overall the resort was well maintained. We did not spend time at the pool and mainly at the beach as the water was crystal clear and warm, the sand was amazing, and there was no seaweed. The rooms were clean, tidy and spacious. The best part was waking up to the ocean view which I highly recommend choosing. The first night it was a bit loud in the hallway, but the rest of the stay was quiet. We wanted to highlight the great service from our butlers, Marisol and Arturo. They would seek us out and ask if there was anything we needed and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. They were very quick to respond with any of our questions or requests. The restaurants were ok, but we went back several times to La Hacienda for Mexican food as it was our favorite. There was a lot of variety and we enjoyed everything we tried. Overall we felt the service across the resort was very good. The staff were friendly and welcoming and worked hard. It was however the great service from Marisol and Arturo that made our stay great. We be back again soon and we look forward to seeing Marisol and Arturo!

  Amazing experience at Royalton CHIC Cancun

  Arturo and Marisol were truly exceptional and made our stay unforgettable. From the moment we met them, their energy was warm, positive, and welcoming—they genuinely cared about making sure we had the best experience possible. Their recommendations were spot-on, whether it was dining, activities, or little tips that made everything smoother and more enjoyable. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always available, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Their attention to detail and kindness elevated our entire stay and made it feel extra special. Arturo and Marisol went above and beyond in every way, and we are so grateful for everything they did to make our trip even better. They are absolute stars!
