    Royalton Chic week

    Great resort! Clean and spacious. Friendly staff. Adrian and Fernando went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed by the pool and in the resort. They were outstanding! . Kevin, Edith and Jan kept our drinks full all week. Abraham was the buffet waiter that was excellent!

    Good time with great service from Iran

    *Iran the Butler Was Amazing!* Diamond Club at Royalton CHIC Cancun was fantastic, but butler Iran made it unforgettable. Attentive, professional, always smiling—he handled every request instantly (reservations, surprises, stocking the suite, shoe shines), remembered our preferences from day one, and made us feel like VIPs without ever being pushy. The resort is stunning, but Iran’s personalized service elevated everything. Get Diamond Club and hope for Iran—you won’t regret it! Thank you, Iran! Can’t wait to return. 😊

    Had a great stay!

    Came here with friends for a bachelorette and we really enjoyed our stay! What truly made this resort stand out is the staff. We had Diego and Luis as our butlers and they were amazing! Very helpful & organized. Daniel at the Level 18 pool was truly the best! He was kind, attentive, and made us feel taken care of every time we went up there. We really appreciated him and he made the trip that much more special!

    Relaxing beach vacation

    Location was excellent. Beach was very clean, no sea grass at all. Hotel room was cleaned every day and always saw staff cleaning and maintaining all common spaces. We booked Presidental suite which was amazing. Beach front and came with Butler service. Iran and Alfonso were terrific at accommodating our every need. I highly recommend them. Bathroom was amazing with rain shower and jacuzzi tub. Only downside was pools not heated. Was quite chilly for February. Wish there was a better selection for Bourbon for my husband as well. Nightlife was kind of lacking or non existent unless you went to the club on 16 floor but this was not our scene. Overall, very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. Really they were best part about the hotel. Shout out to Carlos and Santiago in the Diamond club pool and bar.
