Lovely Anniversary Getaway!
We stayed in a Diamond Club room with the plunge pool. Our butler was Andre and he was very attentive to our needs. I like the butler service but wished the pool was more private. It’s really one long pool connected to the other ground floor rooms so it wasn’t really a personal pool. Nevertheless, it was nice to step from your patio to the pool and not be bothered with a lot of people in the pool with you. I’m not a buffet person so we never try the buffet or the room service, which is 24 hrs. October was the off season which was perfect for us so no crowds. However, that meant not all the restaurants were open every night. The resort rotated what was open and when. We did get to try all the specialty restaurants and thoroughly enjoyed all our meals. The food was very tasty and all of the staff was friendly and genuinely seem concern about you enjoying your stay. I’ve stayed at the Royalton St. Lucia which was a much bigger property but this Antigua location was very nice and I’d recommend it.

Great relaxing resort
A remarkable resort boasting exceptionally hospitable staff and many choices of different cuisines. The Hunter Steakhouse is an excellent dining establishment with quality food and great service.

Despite multiple attempts to reach out through the appropriate channels, I have yet to receive a thorough or satisfactory response from your team. Given the seriousness of the issues involved, I had hoped this could be resolved directly and privately. However, the ongoing lack of communication has left me with no choice but to escalate this further. It is disappointing to see prompt responsiveness on public platforms, while direct, guest-related concerns remain unanswered. I urge you to treat this matter with the urgency and professionalism it requires. I would prefer to resolve this amicably and without needing to pursue formal complaints through third parties or public reviews. I appreciate your immediate attention to this matter. Victoria N.

Rough start but it got better
My experience started out a little rough, but got better each day. We experience the tail end of hurricane season with heavy rain and winds but was lucky enough to have beautiful days and nights afterwards. Thanks to Charnelle, Abdul and the bartenders at Tapboo bar for ensuring we would would have a great experience. The Haven Grill oxtail was my highlight along with Hunters Salmon meal.

Do not look for quality
I have been waiting in the lobby for 3 hours to check in! The check-in process is poor. When I did get a room it smelled like mold! Still waiting for a decent room. I am not looking for perfection but at least honor the Marriott standards. Apparently when it rains all the restaurants close down! A lack of urgency and accountability! This is vacation.
