Dec 17, 2025Excellent, but the clientele is going down hill
The hotel was beautiful and the staff amazing as always. Just one criticism and that is the clientele this year really has taken a nosedive. Much louder, rowdier and more aggressive than usual. For example, there was a tall curly haired man wearing union jack sunglasses and Reform (political party) swim shorts screaming swear words at his Asian friend - who himself was extremely loud and called me a stupid German. They continued to play Instagram reels on full volume right next to us laughing so loudly I could barely hear myself think. Thanks for a great stay other than that

Aqua fit
I had an extremely great time at Aqua fit. Elvis was an amazing instructor. I really had fun and had a great workout. We used a water weights which really made a big difference.

Fun in the Sun!
Daniel and Eliena were fantastic. Fun class that got my morning moving. Lots of good music and a great workout for all levels of fitness. 5 stars!!

Sunset Paradise
This is by far, my most favorite place so far! The resort, our room, the food, and most importantly, the staff was fantastic. The Vibeteam, Kiania and Syana were very motivational, funny and so much fun! They kept the guests moving and constantly laughing. We went on Excellence Catamaran, which was the best one I've been on to date. Definitely a 5 star.
