Chevanese , Ivan & Tamara the BEST!! They made our holiday, so attentive to your needs and always kept you hydrated ;) absolutely fantastic staff they are a credit to blue waters !!! They constantly check up and bring you whatever you are needing with a SMILE :) nothing is too much for these guys !!

We were here for more than 7 nights in early April. After the experience with Royalton in Negril, we decided to return to Royalton. We made a huge mistake!!!! The service here is really poor and cannot be compared to Royalton Negril. What was very bad for us and why 3 stars: 1. We saw the butler once when we checked in. After that, all I got on WhatsApp was messages about when he was here and when he wasn't and who was representing him. He never visited us on the beach or in the restaurant. Very impersonal and unnecessary. 2. Very unwilling staff in the Diamnot club lounge. You can't take anything to the lobby because sitting in the Diamnot club lounge is uncomfortable and the whole space is small. The staff watches you to see if you accidentally take a glass away. The drink refilling system is malfunctioning, e.g. sparkling wine not chilled, port wine not refilled after drinking, not even for a whole week, so the staff is not doing their job at all. The whole diamont club is useless here, get rid of it. 3. Sunbeds on the Diamont club beach destroyed, mattresses, tables missing. 4. Diamont club bar half an hour before closing is already packed and you can't get anything. 5. The staff in the buffet restaurant runs from one door to the other, they even carry something but the guests are not interested in them. bad. 6. The bars and Hydeaway lack glasses. They will happily give you a cocktail for a couple in two different glasses or in the evening even in plastic ones. Where are the supervisors or managers? 7. The main pool is small for the number of guests. At Hydeaway, the three pools are half empty and you can't even swim in them. If the professionals are suggesting this to you, they are not. 8. The hotel prefers weddings. There were 10 of them during our stay. I ask who and when they are dedicated to Royalton guests. We got the feeling that weddings are the priority. We understood the Royalton brand as something truly exclusive, but the opposite is true. There are many others where it really works. We will not return to you and Royalton is just a name for us. Its soul and heart have already been lost. Sorry.

Excellent
Chevanese Bygrave was the best server at the Blue Waters poolside bar!!! Ask for her!!!! She will take care of you!!! She was polite and professional. She is very prompt with the drinks coming!! We will be looking for her the rest of our vacation.

Chevanese served us around the pool and was prompt, friendly and professional!!! Will continue to seek her out as our server!! We truly appreciated her. Always served us with a smile and remembered us from day to day and what we were drinking.
