What a fabulous resort! And what has made it truly memorable is the fantastic service from Chevanese she has tailored to all our needs she even new what drinks to bring g us without us asking she is so friendly and has the biggest smile ever if you visit you can’t miss her she’s one of the servers at the poolside bar so in the Jamaican style take a seat or even lie down on one of the many sunbeds that are available and she will look after you! Chevanese thank you for making it a fab holiday and helping us relax and it’s your infectious smile! Yeh man!!

Chevanese is the best server. We get surprise cocktails that are always amazing. She is always very friendly and happy, so we look forward to her everyday. Our stay at the royalton is like staying in paradise and Chevanese has made our trip extra special. 🥰

Tamieka is the best
Best experience ever, Tamieka was the BEST at the buffet. Will remember this trip for a lifetime. Tamieka always remembered me when i came to get iced coffee and never let me even think about getting my own stuff. 5 star service will come back in future for sure
