    Worst All Inclusive Ever!!!

    This is my third all inclusive resort I have visited in Jamaica and worst! Majority of the staff is rude and unfriendly! The front desk receptions has a resting “b” face. She didn’t say welcome or smile once during check in. However, we met some great people. The buffet restaurant waiters and hostesses are great. Most the cooks and staff restocking the food horrible attitudes. The water was off for hours one morning…. no showering or flushing the toilet. Some individuals didn’t go on excursions because they wanted to shower. After a long day on the beach and at the pool, it was no hot water to shower for dinner. It took 3 hours to get room service one night. No beach towels were available at 11am and the staff stated it would be an hour because they were still drying. Called the front desk for hours one night for towels and no one answered. Walked to the front desk to see 4 front desk workers chatting and laughing. She said their phone didn’t ring as the phone was ringing! I could go on and on. But I think you get the picture. I’m a frequent traveler to all inclusive resorts. I heard mix reviews on his resort and still gave it a try. It wasn’t worth the money or time. It has potential to be an amazing resort with the right management. There is no way a manager should allow an unfriendly person to work the front desk. She was there frowned up multiple days.

    Good. But thought it would have been better

    Overall it was good trip. The food all week was not the best. Last two nights. Were the best food. Hibachi and the Jamaican night. People that worked there were some what friendly. But you could tell who didn’t like there jobs.

    Exceptional Experience!

    Loved the on site involvement. Jerome with the fitness team was great! & our Butler Dan was the best we could ask for. Will definitely be recommending others to visit. Only thing to be wary of is food selection is a bit limited, Hunter's Steakhouse, Zen, & the buffet are the top options

    The best place to go with family

    The staff took care of every need that my family wanted. If you need a car host to travel around the city the hotel will accommodate you the best. Brian our driver was amazing made sure to capture our experience outside of the resort. At the pool bar Chevanese did amazing job bringing drinks, food orders in a fast and reasonable time of your request and would go over and beyond in her work and details. She was amazing and deserves a raise.

    Best Bartender!!! He’s the man

    My man Jevorn was the best. So hospitipal and the absolute best. His energy was the best among all servers. I love that Mon!! I would recommend him be your bartender anytime. Jaevorne hworks very jaded and has the best energy of anyone that served us.
