Calvinesha is amazing! She looked after us by the pool the whole 14days we were there! If you stay at this hotel definitely look at out for her because she is amazing!

Sep 16, 2025Horrible food and poor customer service
I was so excited to visit this property however, it was a bitter disappointment. On a positive note upon arrival the bell men greeted us and they were very attentive and alert. We had a group check-in with welcome drinks that were actually good. The only good drink I got. After check-in which entailed registration and getting our braclets we were left to Rome the property as headless chicken, no briefing. Lobby female bathroom face basins are falling off and leaking, the poor housekeeper mopped so till. Some persons when to a bar on the beach that served food as well. The customer service by the waitresses is very poor. It's like they do not want to be at work or asked any questions. The burger and fries took very long to come and they missed some of the orders. We ate what they brought and leave without receiving the remainder of the order. We walked the property a bit then went to front desk. We didn't even know our room number. We asked one of the front desk clerks to check, she did and just walked away. We had to ask another lady. It was ready though. The room is beautiful upon entering however, the bathroom wall was visible damaged and falling apart. Room had hair that wasn't ours. Balcony was dirty with sand and flies. One room of our party changed rooms 3 times, their room had mold. The staffs are not informed, they couldn't direct you to a restaurant to save their lives. Female servers are very rude and care free. I was extremely hungry for the 2 days. Nothing was tasty; not the pastries, jerk chicken is bland and you can't get more than 1 serving, liquor is mediocre. I only had a few fruits. The orange and cranberry juice tasted as if it was diluted or something. The food gave several persons diarrhea. Entertainment is also mediocre and appropriately 1 hour long. There was no excitement. Rum cream amoung other drinks ran out. The DJ at the sports bar was good. The wings and fries tasted like they were just taken from the freezer and thrown in the fryer. Beautiful landscape, lazy pool and beach is beautiful. Spa staffs are pleasant. I don't recommend this hotel if you appreciate good customer service and seasoned food. The food is tasteless, poor customer service and mediocre liquor. I cannot recommend this property.

Good service at Pool Blue

Beautiful property, beach is amazing. Water is clear and warm this time of the year. Diamond club gives a personal butler (we have Jermaine) that is very attentive. The entertainment staff, to include Jerome and the whole team at aqua aerobics today (9/16/2025), are amazing. They made the workout feel like a soca club good time. Enjoying my time here!! …Downside is the layout of the rooms. No true bathroom privacy, but it’s workable if you’re all family.
