  2nd family visit to Royalton Bávaro

  Anthony was our butler at the Royalton. 5 stars for him. He did an excellent job. Also a shout out to Wandys and Alexi at Diamond Club pool bar. They were awesome.

  Awesome family vacation

  We travelled to the Royalton Bavaro with 3 kids 6 and under. It was a great resort for their ages - they loved the water slides and lazy river. All of the resort staff was very friendly and seemed to really love kids. I think this is a great resort for families with young children. We did Diamond Club and had a great experience with our butler, Freylin. He was very kind and helpful. Freylin responded to all of our questions and requests very promptly and ensured we had dinner reservations each night so we could try all of the restaurants. Thank you Freylin for all of your help!

  2nd year in a row and now PRIME Members! A perfect safe haven for our family.

  We just returned from our second consecutive year at Royalton Bavaro (our 4th Royalton property overall), and it’s official: this place is our second home! We loved it so much this year that we finally decided to become PRIME members. ​Last year, my husband and I visited when our son was just 9 months old as part of a big family trip with my brother-in-law, sister-in-law, and their three kids. This year, we came back with our now 21-month-old and a group of four friends who don’t have kids. It was a totally different dynamic, but the resort was just as perfect for a "friends' trip" as it was for a big family getaway. ​As a same-sex couple traveling with our son, we always look for places where we feel truly welcome. We felt incredibly safe and comfortable here, especially on our 1 year wedding anniversary. The staff didn’t just provide service; they made us feel like family. Seeing familiar faces from last year was such a highlight—it’s clear the management is doing something right because the staff seems so happy to be there. ​Our first stay was excellent even without Diamond Club, but this year we decided to upgrade, and it was a game-changer. Having Juan Franco as our butler made our stay truly memorable. Between Juan and Emelly Polo, we felt like royalty. They went above and beyond every single day—checking in constantly, handling all our dinner reservations so our group of seven could always sit together, and even making sure our fridge was stocked with fresh milk for our son. They even proactively brought a dehumidifier to the room to make sure the air was perfect for our little guy. ​A few things you can't miss: ​The Lazy River & Splash Pad: I could stay in that lazy river every single day! My 21-month-old loved it just as much as I did, and the splash pad was a huge hit for him. ​The Cabana: If you want a "wow" moment, book a cabana. Having our own private pool and service—plus a Tomahawk steak for lunch—was a massive highlight. ​The Food: We honestly couldn't pick a favorite meal. The food was fantastic across the board, and getting lobster at the buffet on a few occasions made me very happy! ​Entertainment & Beach: The night shows at the square were fantastic. Our favorite was definitely the Lion King show—the cast was so talented, and they even stayed for photos afterward. The beach itself is phenomenal, and unlike a lot of other resorts, we never had any issues finding lounge chairs! ​The resort is well-organized, and the renovations since last year look great. We honestly don’t understand the negative reviews; our experience was 10/10. Thank you, Emelly and Juan, for making our family so comfortable. We will definitely be back!

  Nothing too much trouble.

  Firstly a huge thank you to Joel, our Diamond Club Butler. What an incredibly polite, considerate, kind and professional young man. Joel made sure our holiday was everything we hoped for. Nothing was too much trouble. He went above and beyond every day. What an asset to the company. We loved the Royalton Bavaro hotel. Clean, spacious, beautiful outside spaces, great rooms, facilities, plenty to do day and night. Evening entertainment was exceptionally good for an All Inclusive. Staff in all areas were kind and helpful. Spa staff Raquel and Emily treated us to 2 couples massages, totally divine and very good. Pool staff especially Wilkins, Railin and Starling aka Superstar were always attentive, caring, polite and hard working. Great fun too! The beach was always kept clean and the staff work so hard to ensure everywhere is pristine ready for the next day. All aspects of our stay were great. Well done. Keep up the good work.

  I’ll the whole time

  Our butter Jesus was phenomenal. He went above and beyond. Unfortunately all of use became ill and I was hospitalized. The first day was fun and I have been sick since then.
