  BEST VACATION EVER!!!

  Our stay at Royalton Bavaro was nothing short of spectacular — a true 5-star experience from beginning to end! The cleanliness throughout the entire resort was impeccable. Every space, from our room to the restaurants to the pool areas, was spotless and beautifully maintained. The beach was absolutely breathtaking — powdery white sand, crystal-clear water, and views that looked like they belonged on a postcard. Waking up to that scenery every day was unforgettable. What truly set this trip apart, though, was the outstanding service. We have to give a very special thank you to Miguel Ramirez. He went above and beyond for us long before we even arrived. Miguel patiently answered all of my questions, helped coordinate transportation, secured restaurant reservations, and even assisted in setting up an incredibly special surprise for my 50th birthday. His attention to detail and genuine care made everything seamless and stress-free. By the time we arrived, we already felt taken care of. Not only did he ensure we all were having an amazing time, I gained a new friend from this as well, and will continue to keep in contact. The food was fantastic! Every meal exceeded our expectations, with plenty of variety and delicious options. Best of all, we never had to wait in line for food or drinks. Everything was smooth, efficient, and incredibly well organized. Once at the resort, Raudy and Reimy quickly became our favorite servers. They were attentive, fast, and always brought our drinks back with a smile before we even had to ask. More than that, they made us feel like family. Their warmth and energy truly elevated our experience every single day. We miss them already, and as well, we gained a like long friendship. For excursions, Lucky and Markus were by far top-notch. Markus’s vibe was like no other — from the moment we met, it felt like we had known them for years. They made everything fun, easy, and memorable while ensuring we were comfortable and taken care of the entire time. They also stopped by every time they saw us and remembered our names and made our vacation amazing. AS other's we gained lifelong friendship! From the stunning beach and views to the flawless cleanliness and world-class service, Royalton Bavaro exceeded every expectation. All of these things plus many, many more are the reasons we will definitely be back. We cannot wait to return and see our Dominican Family— this was a birthday celebration we will never forget! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Great drinks; great atmosphere

  Jeremy was great bar tender. Best one of the trip!! My room was great. Buffet and food was great as well. Yummy drinks!

  Do not recomend visiting

  My recent stay at Royalton Bavaro in Punta Cana was unfortunately one of the most disappointing resort experiences I have had, especially considering the expectations set during booking and the reputation associated with the property. Prior to arrival, we believed we had upgraded to a Butler Suite when completing our reservation online. However, upon check in, we were informed that the upgrade was not reflected on our reservation and that we would need to pay several hundred additional dollars to receive the room category we thought we had already secured. This immediately set a frustrating tone for the start of our vacation. Even more concerning was the check in process itself. Although the lobby was not overwhelmingly crowded, the front desk staff moved at an extremely slow pace and showed little urgency. What should have been a smooth arrival turned into nearly a three hour wait in a hot lobby filled with tired and frustrated travelers. After traveling frequently and visiting many resorts, I expected at minimum a welcoming experience such as refreshments or some level of hospitality, but instead the process felt disorganized and poorly managed. When we finally received our room more than three and a half hours later, it was acceptable at best but did not match what we requested. We specifically booked a king bed and received two queen beds instead. Additionally, the advertised ocean view was extremely misleading. The view was partial at best and required standing at a specific angle just to catch a glimpse of the water. The following morning I spoke with a manager to express my concerns. She was polite and attempted to help by offering a room change if a king room became available. However, after hearing that other guests traveling with us experienced issues such as yellow stained bathtubs and mosquito problems in their rooms, I ultimately decided it was safer to remain where we were rather than risk moving into a worse situation. One of the biggest disappointments was the Butler Service, which we paid extra for and barely received. After check in, we essentially never saw our assigned butler again. Despite multiple attempts to contact him through WhatsApp to arrange restaurant reservations and assistance during our stay, our messages went largely unanswered. The service that was marketed as a premium experience simply did not exist. Service throughout the resort was consistently lacking. We attended a wedding during our stay, and rather than actively serving guests, much of the waitstaff stood watching the event while guests struggled to get basic assistance. I personally had to search for staff members just to receive water refills and silverware in order to eat. The food quality was also extremely underwhelming. By the second day, I stopped trying most menu options and chose simple sandwiches instead, which unfortunately were just as disappointing. One sandwich contained barely half a slice of ham, which felt unacceptable for an all inclusive resort. Overall, the combination of poor organization, lack of service, misleading room expectations, and subpar food made this stay far below what we anticipated. We travel often and have experienced far better hospitality elsewhere. Unfortunately, this is not a resort I plan to return to or recommend to others.

  Beach Club Perfection Thanks to Jeremy, Ruben & Willy! 🌴🍹

  We’ve been staying at Royalton Bavaro, and for the past 5 days we’ve been coming to the Beach Club bar every single day — sometimes for over an hour (okay… sometimes more 😅). And the reason we keep coming back? Jeremy, Ruben, and Willy. These three are absolute stars. From the moment we walk up, they’ve got us covered — drinks ready, big smiles, amazing energy, and the kind of vibe that makes you want to stay all afternoon. Whether it’s a perfectly mixed cocktail, a quick laugh, or just that “we’re happy you’re here” attitude, they consistently deliver. The mood at this bar is unmatched. They’re professional, fast, attentive, and somehow still make it feel personal and fun. It’s not just service — it’s an experience. Royalton Bavaro is lucky to have Jeremy, Ruben, and Willy representing the Beach Club. They truly elevate the entire stay. We’ll miss this bar almost as much as the ocean. 🌊🍹
