I had a wonderful experience with my family. Diamond club is definitely worth the price especially when you have a dedicated butler helping with any issues that may happen during your visit they can also book reservations for the many restaurants on resort. The diamond club pool is superb and has access to premium drinks and a separate beach. My favorite part was the diamond club lounge. Due to being able get served light snacks and drinks. I also enjoyed the easy checkout service without having to go to the lobby. Adonis did a great job !👍

Great time, with amazing friends- and Freylin (butler service) was wonderful!!!
We had an amazing vacation . We were there with 3 families, kids of varied ages and everyone had a great time. Freylin was fantastic and tended to all of our needs - as a large group we were able to get in to all of the restaurants, and he was always available to answer questions or get us assistance whenever we needed it. All of the staff were wonderful and helped make our stay memorable. Thank you!

Great experience with Katherina with presentation/education and Jesus for his detail and service. The food was good, drinks refreshing and again service overall and experience will be recommended.

Just came back from two weeks at the Royalton brava we stayed in diamond club When we arrived at the hotel he was told to queue up at guest services to which we was in the wrong queue we was told to queue for diamond club round at the front of hotel we then had to wait for buggy to take us round to the diamond club again we had to wait for our butler which wasn’t our butler who was looking after us we was given drinks and some food and then shown our room on the third floor overlooking the lazy river and you could see the ocean which was a beautiful setting, I found the restaurants to be lovely settings. The bar staff was very slow with drinks and the waiters and waitresses when we asked for something we had to wait long for it to be bought to us without a smile or any conversation, little things cost nothing! Cleaners did not really clean the rooms or change the bed for four days to which my partner decided to strip the beds and find A cleaner to put fresh bedding on corridors pool areas there was always empty glasses plates from room service or lunchtime left a long time until someone came and moved them We went into the sports bar, so my son and partner could play pool there was a live wire on the floor by the pool table photos to follow this hotel is not worth the money to be honest. Diamond club is a waste of money in my eyes. Service is very slow. Entertainment was a lot of tribute acts the Michael Jackson act was absolutely awful and the acts are there the first week and second week there isn’t much else on after 10 pm apart from the martini bar dj The staff that stood out to us was our butler Joel what a lovely man I hope he goes far in life I wish him well The guys at the Ocean Side bar was fantastic big shout out to Francisco,Remi, and the waiter Samuel Go and have a drink at the bar you will have a lovely evening !!! We as a family enjoyed our holiday we went on one trip and Joel sorted us a taxi to the shopping mall my partner and son played a game of golf and did played pickle board, But this hotel is not a 5 star It needs lots of improvements and maintenance work, More entertainment and lots more staff!

Amazing resort with an even better price!
Had an amazing time with my wife! There is so much to do right here on site from putt putt to the lazy river (which is amazing) to relaxing next to the swim up bar. Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful! Started at the front desk with Clieuxu who was more than helpful on a daily basis! The bar tenders were a lot of fun and made us feel welcomed every morning. Alexander, Omar, and Fray made quite the team at the swim up bar and seemed to be the resort favorites! The waiters and waitresses were phenomenal as well. Luis/Daniel, Francisco, and the guy working breakfast buffet (apologies can’t recall the name) made each and every meal feel welcoming! I highly recommend anyone looking for a nice resort at an amazing price to visit the Royalton Bavaro!
