    AWFUL EXPERIENCE

    Our flight was cancelled and we had to extend our stay. This resort is criminal, they take advantage of their guests in dire situations and our family is traumatized to ever travel again. We witnessed numerous other complaints while we were there, the manager does nothing to resolve. We had to change rooms multiple times checking out at 12 and back in to another room at 3 while our luggage gets left in the lobby and we are without a room for parts of the day. Diamond club is NOT worth it, you feel like you being scammed the entire stay. Staff are never on the same page, everyone is giving you different information. We sat with our children in a lobby for hours waiting for someone to get us a room. It was a terrible trip!

    Best Resort We've Stayed at in Punta Cana!

    After not traveling for three years, my husband and I were so ready for this vacation—and the Royalton Punta Cana exceeded every expectation. This is hands down the best resort we’ve stayed at in Punta Cana so far. We traveled with two other couples and a 21-month-old child, and there was truly something for everyone. The lazy river was a huge highlight and perfect for all ages. We never had any trouble finding loungers at the pools, lazy river, or beach, which made relaxing easy and stress-free. I also loved the convenience of no room cards or towel cards—such a small touch, but it made a big difference. The food was excellent with plenty of variety. The buffet truly had something for everyone and never disappointed. One of my favorite spots was the Café Lounge—starting my mornings with a hot latte there was the perfect routine, and ending the evenings with ice cream was just as enjoyable. My favorite restaurant on the resort was the Teppanyaki, which was both delicious and a fun dining experience. While I didn’t try the Oceanside restaurant since I don’t eat seafood, our friends absolutely loved it. During our stay, our friends became Prime members, and the service went above and beyond. Our entire group was upgraded to Diamond Club, and we were even given a pool cabana for two days—an incredible bonus. A special shout-out to Emelly Polo, who was amazing to work with. She extended our rooms for a late check-out and ensured our friends were moved to a more convenient building, making our departure day smooth and stress-free. Our butler, Juan Franco, was outstanding and went above and beyond every single day to ensure we were well taken care of. To top it all off, the General Manager, Caesar, personally stopped by our table during dinner to make sure everything was perfect. That level of attention and care truly sets this resort apart. We had an amazing experience and would absolutely return. Highly recommend the Royalton Punta Cana to anyone looking for excellent food, outstanding service, and an unforgettable vacation.

    Another Wonderful Stay at Royalton Bavaro!

    This was our second visit to Royalton Bavaro, and once again the resort delivered a fantastic experience. The food was amazing, the service was exceptional, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere made our stay truly enjoyable. As with any trip, there can be occasional hiccups. Our room wasn’t in the most ideal location and had a few minor issues, but it was still very comfortable overall. The genuine kindness of the staff more than made up for it. A huge shoutout to Jesus, our Butler, who was absolutely phenomenal. He took care of everything—from handling small issues to arranging dinner reservations and even organizing a cabana for a relaxing day by the water. His attentiveness and willingness to help made a big difference in our stay. We also want to give a special mention to Roberto at the Diamond Club pool. He was incredible—always making sure my cerveza was full and bringing special drinks for my wife and daughters. His service made our pool days even better. We’ve now been to Royalton Bavaro twice, and both times have been wonderful. We’re already looking forward to returning—hopefully next time in a room a little closer to the water!
