My stay was enjoyable and relaxing. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Our butler, Coniah was very helpful. We were there for my daughter's 16th birthday and wanted to have her birthday dinner at the steakhouse but by the time we got to the hotel the steakhouse fully booked. Coniah told us not to worry about it and he worked his magical. That same evening we received a message that we have a 6:30 reservation. Throughout our entire stay he was always professional and reliable. He always responded to our text promptly and provide valuable suggestions on where to eat and information on the services offered.

The Vibe team is amazing!! Made my families trip!
The Royalton Antigua is very clean and has a beautiful beach as well as beautiful views. I wanted to write my review on my families experience with the VibeTeam. The VibeTeam is the staff that runs all of the beach daytime activities as well as the nightly activities like performances, hosting shows, and etc. They set up and run the entire show. My family specifically loved Richard and TeeTee. They constantly made our day and nights by getting us involved in games/karaoke/dancing/sports activities and providing us company throughout the trip. They made sure that we were enjoying our stay each day and due to their energy we had great entertainment each night! I totally recommend this resort for anyone looking for a family-type of resort as the shows are all great and very inclusive for children as well!

Great butler service
Danielle was amazing ! He was very attentive and checked on us throughout the day to make sure we were comfortable. Additionally, made sure the room had ice. Did an amazing job with reservations and transportation. The Diamond club beach was great.

Coniah was the absolute best butler! He made the stay enjoyable and was able to arrange our reservations for dinner and made sure we had all we needed. He was very accommodating and was very pleasant! The dinner dining experience was not the best as the service was rather slow, but Beverly made it bearable. I would also like to thank Thomas, the golf cart driver for being awesome! My stay was good because of these 3 people, especially Coniah! Thank you guys for being great!

The hotel stay was average but the butler service provided by Coniah was top tier! He went above and beyond to ensure that all of our reservations were at the time we wanted. Overall, the stay was a good experience.
