  Absolutely love it here ..I think it’s lovely here ..especially the gym ..they have the racks and heavy weights and it’s different from any other hotel gym .. shout out to the boy jameel he was a vibes

  A Wonderful Stay – Great Value, Amazing Staff, and a Beautiful Island

  I booked this hotel before checking the reviews, and I’ll admit — after reading some of them before our trip, I started to worry. But after spending 10 days there, I honestly can’t understand many of the negative comments. The resort itself is beautiful, the food is very good (especially considering it’s a mid-range all-inclusive in the Caribbean), and the staff are some of the kindest and most genuine people I’ve met anywhere. If you’re expecting a super-luxury 5-star resort experience, adjust your expectations — but if you’re looking for great value, beautiful surroundings, and warm hospitality, this place delivers. I travelled from the UK with my 3-year-old son, and from the moment we arrived, the staff made him feel like a star — giving him high fives, fist bumps, and endless smiles. We explored the island and met so many lovely locals. Antigua is a stunning island with a proud culture and welcoming people. If you go the island and don't visit Galleon bay and snorkel with giant turtle's then you are not making the most of the opportunity you had being in such a beautiful place. Now, to be honest, I think some of the harsh reviews come from guests who might not understand or appreciate the Caribbean pace of life or the realities of island living. I noticed that a few (mostly rotund American) guests seemed impatient or overly demanding — expecting constant, instant service and constantly full plates, watching the sheer gluttony and wastefulness of people not understanding that food is all transported here made me realise. One lady even complained there weren’t enough blueberries while sitting in front of a plate piled high with fresh fruit! It’s important to remember that we’re visitors here, not conquerors, and a little gratitude goes a long way. Yes, sometimes the bar ran out of something, or you had to wait a minute or two — but that’s part of the charm. Relax, you’re on holiday. Massive thanks to everyone at the Royalton for making our stay so enjoyable. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back. — Vince (UK)

  Royalton is a very nice place..really glad we chose to stay here.. we did the aquafit and saw the gym and hang out with jameel who showed us a couple of movements and he also hang out with us at thr beach .. the staff as well were very friendly love the drinks and thr food and thr vibes was nice !

  Best butler of Diamond Club- Royalton Antigua

  Just at Royalton Antigua and was blessed to have the services of our DC butler team. @shauna was incredible the whole week of 1st class service. The minute she stepped out, she ensured assistant Rodwin was on hand to take over. Make sure to ask for her and say Dan and Nancy from Toronto Canada said, she was the best!

  Constantly disappointing!!!!!

  We stayed at Royalton St Lucia! Would recommend to everyone. But Royalton Antigua nothing but disappointment! Wouldn’t recommend. Never enough cups at bar or restaurants so drinks served all sorts of cups! Water on the bar first day then not at all or randomly! We had interconnecting rooms with another couple! Which were constantly loud in early hours 3.37 am for an hour nightly hotel offered to speak to them but didn’t and just kept apologising and offering room change but they said with a worse view! Last night after constantly speaking how unhappy we were didn’t even get our room cleaned!!!! No mini bar replenished for 2 days no coffee or cream replenishing after first day! Just wouldn’t come back or recommend!!!!
