Fantastic family vacay
We had an amazing family trip. Food was amazing, great selection of liquor brands, fantastic shows every night with the vibe team, especially with Maliki, the view were phenomenal and the experience all in all was top notch.

The worst customer service experience I've ever experienced at a resort. Checking in was a complete nightmare, the rooms were not ready at check-in and we waited over an hour and a half. The worst part about it is the representative checking us in went to the back to avoid us because I kept asking for an update. I also asked to speak to a manager and overheard the manager saying that she was not going to speak to us. we finally got our room, it was dirty. We found a housekeeping lady in the hall and asked her to please clean the room. Even when she was cleaning it, she said that the floor was dusty and hairy. There was hair all over the toilet, towels and robes. We vacationed for my birthday, and the room was not decorated as indicated, no complimentary bottle of wine or deserts were provided upon arrival. On our third night as we sat in our room preparing for the day, one of the cleaning ladies accompanied by a male porter, just walked into our room without knocking. We went to your steakhouse restaurant Hunter for my birthday celebration. They were to decorate the table for my birthday celebration and the hostess at the restaurant simply expressed that she forgot and didn’t prep the table accordingly. Additional, we have to wait for beverages as they have no beverage stations available to get juice and water. All beverages were provided via a waitress meaning one has to wait for your beverage and if they were serving someone else, you could not go for a drink on your own. You could only get a drink on your own at the bar, which is always busy and you waited a long time because everyone needs to get their own drinks. For an all inclusive resort to have limitations regarding non alcoholic beverages is very disappointing, you should have beverage stations for juices and water. When I arrived home unfortunately I noticed that my silver necklace and bracelet were stolen right out of my bag and I've been calling the resort for days and no one answers. I sent several emails as well and still no response. Overall a very disappointing stay and I don't recommend staying there. For the price of the resort, you expect excellent customer service and safety.
