What We Love

  • It's an all-inclusive family fiesta on the beach with everything you want - and more.
  • The kids club with buckets of activities and the Noah's Ark waterpark for splishy-splashyness.
  • Descending into blissdom during a stress-smashing massage at the spa.
  • The relaxing pool for the adults where doing absolutely nothing is the main activity.

Things to Know

  • The airport is just 15 minutes from the airport. You'll have a cocktail before you can say "beach."
  • Don't miss horseback riding and whale watching between December and April. Bucket Listers, for sure.
  • Taking a boat ride out to get a gander of El Arco is a must-do. (No, really, it is.)
  • Bring your own thermal cup to the pool - they'll fill it. Bottoms up, beach lovers.

    Thanks for a fun week!

Great family resort! Entertainment team kept the fun going by the pool and nightly shows. Good food . Luigi provided our family wonderful service at the buffet. Spacious, clean rooms. Great access to the beach.

    Great food and great service

Staff at Royal Solaris are always welcoming, food is always good, setting is lovely! We had a particularly great meal at Pancho's, thanks to our waiter David who was very helpful in general, and also did a spectacular flaming Mexican coffee for us, even doing a little of the pouring behind his back! Servers like David really help to make a meal special, and we greatly appreciate it.

    Ask for Luigi’s Table!!

The Food: Luigi was one of the best parts about this resort. He made our day every morning by helping us with drink requests and even remembered our drink order without us asking, and it was always on the table waiting when we got back with our filled plates! Luigi is always smiling and truly seems to enjoy his job! He is also really good with kids! He talks to my kid on her level and always came over to give her a fist 👊 bump when we were leaving! While you won’t starve, most of the food was Mediocre at best. We filled up at breakfast on eggs, omelettes, fruit, and bacon. The “Snack” burgers and hotdogs, were often dried out, and the fries lukewarm. The pizza was pretty good (for Mexican Pizza), and Carlos took pride in making them! The food options for kids is really lacking.. some weird (chicken??) nuggets and fries, one day there were a few grilled cheese. The food almost seemed to be “recycled” (the dried out hot dogs were cut up for the kids section, or in some sort of stew) We hit up the grocery store down the road for some snacks to tide us over. The pool is cold. Even at +30*c the pool is cold. Rooms are good - Clean and the beds are comfy. The shower was hot most days! The room has a coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge stocked with 2 bottles of water, a Pepsi, a diet orange , a 7 up and 2 beer. We left a note asking for extra water and a tip - and it was on the counter when we returned. Overall, I would give it a 3/5. The concierge service was pretty much non existent. The lady at the front desk booked me a reservation on my birthday at ZAI and when we went, it was closed. For My daughter’s birthday, they wanted $85 USD for balloons and cake. The little shop seems like overpriced Walmart stuff.. I would recommend to bring a few snacks from home (Pringle’s, crackers, ect)

    A Wonderful Mexican Vacation

I would like to report about the amazing stay I had at the Royal Solaris in Cabo San Lucas. The resort is very fine; the amenities are amazing with fine restaurants and a great buffet but what really stands out are the Resort's staff and their ability and willingness to please the guests.  They go above and beyond just providing 'service' they make you feel special.Folks like Jose Luis and his co-worker, Daniella, in the towel and pool support who helped us celebrate our sister's birthday; or another Jose Luis who makes delicious pizzas by the pool; and then there are Ramone and Marcos providing great refreshment support. People from management (Daniel) would stop by to talk while you are on your recliner; you are on holiday and they are at work but it doesn't feel that way... you are friends. The area of care spreads even further with Monse (sp) who helped get us a reservation at the wonderful Marco Polo restaurant and when she couldn't contact me about it, made the effort to come down and make sure we got into the restaurant even though her day had ended. And not to forget Madelene who took great care of my room and made little 'towel animals' for my enjoyment; by the time I left to go home, I had a small menagerie.I should mention the folks in the reception area as well: Daniel, Sabas, Alberto, Hazel, Antuon to mention just a few.  It would be impossible to name them all; just know that the staff at the Resort are just wonderful.  With all the different personality types amongst the guests, it is impressive how they manage it. So I send a big thank you to all those folks who made our stay at Royal Solaris so enjoyable and special and I would not hesitate to recommend this establishment to anyone of any age to enjoy. Great value, great service at Los Cabos

We loved going back to Royal Solaris, we were there 12 years ago and decided to go back. The resort was very well kept up and it appeared to have some new renovations in those 12 years. We loved having an adults only pool it was so relaxing. The bar service was spot on and we had many wonderful servers. The ala carts were really good. It would be nice to be able to book more than 3 Ala carts for a weeks stay. Our room was tidied up daily which we loved. One of our house keepers was Marlene and she left us cute and sometimes very creative towel designs. We like the location of the resort, we could walk to the shopping centre and it was a short taxi ride into San Jose. We booked a premium room facing the main pool, it was perfect, still had a decent ocean view too. The main buffets were good with lots of options. There is also fresh made to order pizza at the main pool. It was delicious too! Check in was smooth and so was check out. The shuttle to and from the airport was also good. Overall the value was great for all that was offered. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed.
