What We Love
- It's an all-inclusive family fiesta on the beach with everything you want - and more.
- The kids club with buckets of activities and the Noah's Ark waterpark for splishy-splashyness.
- Descending into blissdom during a stress-smashing massage at the spa.
- The relaxing pool for the adults where doing absolutely nothing is the main activity.
Things to Know
- The airport is just 15 minutes from the airport. You'll have a cocktail before you can say "beach."
- Don't miss horseback riding and whale watching between December and April. Bucket Listers, for sure.
- Taking a boat ride out to get a gander of El Arco is a must-do. (No, really, it is.)
- Bring your own thermal cup to the pool - they'll fill it. Bottoms up, beach lovers.

A great time with family & friends
We had a great week with family and friends at Royal Solaris. Great service from Isidro at Marco Polo restaurant on multiple nights and he went out of his way to help get broth for my mom that was ill. Socorro in the outdoor members’ bar is amazing- friendly and makes great drinks! Martin in the buffet area is great. He’s been our server for multiple years and always a pleasure to come back and see him. Gives great service !

Horrible. I have never before feared for our lives like a did here
Was going great until Saturday night (10-4-2025). I was at the lobby bar with talking to a local who was a friend of one of the managers that was there too. I took a shot of tequila with him, and about 20 minutes later realized I had been drugged. I went towards the elevator, was hit in the back of the head, turned around and fought him off. Security came out of nowhere, I told him I was assaulted. He smiled at his friends. I heard one of the friends who was heading my way yell "don't let him leave." I was able to get away in the elevator, move my entire family into 1 room and stand guard. We stayed hidden in the room until after daylight when new guests were arriving, packed up and headed out. Front desk, concierge, didn't care at all The concierge, Andres, said he was sorry. I didn't make a scene, I just wanted to get my family out of that unsafe situation. I guess they can just keep my other 3 day's worth of room fees. I have never in my life been treated anything like this. I'm glad they tried to drug me instead of my wife or daughter who likely don't understand the signs and definitely can't fight. I'm sure this isn't an isolated situation as literally management and security are deeply involved. There are cameras everywhere, the powers that be definitely are involved or there would be some sort of communications from them. All I can do is write reviews anywhere I can in hopes I can save someone else from this horrible experience in which I actually feared for our lives. It sucks because we really did enjoy Mexico all of the times we went, but now that's ruined.
