  Great Family Resort

  We absolutely love this resort. It’s so safe, welcoming, and family-focused. The kids’ club is amazing and kept everyone smiling. Highly recommend for families.

  Absolute PERFECTION!!!

  The employees made this whole trip absolutely amazing!!!! The bellboys are ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! The waitstaff, bartenders, cleaning crew are all above par! They are so sweet and accommodating! Cannot wait to come back!!

  Disappointed with so many o

  We stayed here for four nights; the hotel is really old hotel with not much renovations. There are a lot of malfunctioning items all over; like the door to balcony didn’t open or close easily; the faucets were not draining properly, the shower head kept falling and I had to hold on it the whole time. Overall, the bedding is old and not comfortable. The buffet food unfortunately is terrible! Nothing is fresh, not many items; not delicious at all. We couldn’t get reservations to the restaurants since we checked in. They’re all completely booked for the week; the app they have for the restaurants are useless. It glitches constantly. They have three four restaurants; but they are not open every night; only selected ones are open and somehow they’re booked four to five days ahead. We even tried to walk it; they had no availabilities. The pizza by the pools is great; but very inefficient. They make personal pizzas and make people wait over an hour sometimes for one slice of pizza. You can get more than one as their policy is one pizza per person; so your whole family will have to wait in the pizza line for an hour to get pizza. I don’t understand why can’t they just make large pizzas and give people slices quickly as kids could go in their fun in the pool instead of waiting in the lines for the slice of pizza. The towel situation is also ridiculous. You can’t get towel by the pool; they give you this card thing that you can only get one time per person for the whole day; you have to turn it in before you leave you so can get that towel card back for the next time. They control towels like its gold. And the list goes on; unfortunately one of the worst all inclusive resorts we been to lately. They need to make big changes for people to enjoy their vacation. They’re not cheap; so they can easily afford to make things better. I won’t be going there again.

  Home away from home

  Socorro is an awesome bartender and server. Even though I usually only would get ice and the occasional smoothie she always served me with a smile. Towards the end of my stay I didn't have to tell her what I wanted.

  WG Winter Vacation 2026

  We Love this resort. Access to the beach is Great! We have stayed here in the past and will return. Both Ramon & Guillermo, the pool servers were amazing, very friendly. Andrea ( Andy) the hostess at the restaurants always greeted us with a friendly beautiful smile. The ice cream man Antonio also very friendly. Luis the server at the buffet restaurant very helpful & friendly. Mattias where we ate breakfast every morning was also very friendly. Alejo at the Asian restaurant provided outstanding friendly service. Martin at the buffet restaurant also friendly. One of our most favorite part of the resort is the Deli, open 7a-5pm. The coffee is comparable to Starbucks. If you are looking for a small resort, with fun staff, we'd recommend it.
