Great experience!!!
Alberto Vargas is amazing and was fantastic with everything we needed!! He was engaging and helpful with anything that we may have needed. My husband got sick and he assisted in getting us to the correct pharmacy to get the medicine that would help! He was wonderful!!

This was my second time at this resort I go to 2 a year. Everything was great except I had to spend at least an hour a day to get dinner reservations as the site kept saying I had no reservations. For this reason I would not!! Recommend this to anyone who wants to eat anything except the buffet. There are a few people who I would like to compliment Monse at guest services she did everything she could to get us dinner

Perfect way to celebrate our 25th with our Family Making Memories
Royal Solaris Los Cabos was the perfect spot for our family to celebrate our 25th anniversary. We had a group of 15 people and we were greeted with huge smiles by Omar and Alberto the moment we stepped off the shuttle. November is the perfect month to visit because it is not at high occupancy. We were taken care of by Eduardo and Cesar during the week as our concierge contacts and one of them was always available. Marco & Monica checked us in quickly and got our vacation started!! Our rooms were immaculately kept every day by the amazing housekeepers. Service by the staff was amazing and they are so attentive to your every need! The family friendly atmosphere made sure that everyone had a great time with the entertainment, activities and food. We had 25th anniversary photos taken at the beach at sunset with our entire family by Diego. Ramon was at our pool chair every day at 11am and we look forward to his smile and outstanding service every visit!! Martin, Alex, Tomas, Palma and the rest of the hard working staff are what make this place feel like home away from home. DO YOUR SURVEYS!! They really do make a difference. We know from speaking to people that several left feedback asking for the hawk to return and netting/plexiglass to be installed at food stations to prevent birds - they listened and installed new netting and protection against the hungry little birds. There are so many amazing upgrades and structural changes happening right now at the Royal and we are all excited to see the end result. Change takes time, and it does not magically happen overnight, but requires a bit of patience from us as they navigate the new and improved resort!! We had such a great 11 days and enjoyed every moment until they told us goodbye and hugged us all "until next time".

Omar is the best, great customer service and great personality! Such a joy entering the resort. Alberto is also such a joy to meet. The resort was so peaceful and welcoming!
