What We Love
- It's an all-inclusive family fiesta on the beach with everything you want - and more.
- The kids club with buckets of activities and the Noah's Ark waterpark for splishy-splashyness.
- Descending into blissdom during a stress-smashing massage at the spa.
- The relaxing pool for the adults where doing absolutely nothing is the main activity.
Things to Know
- The airport is just 15 minutes from the airport. You'll have a cocktail before you can say "beach."
- Don't miss horseback riding and whale watching between December and April. Bucket Listers, for sure.
- Taking a boat ride out to get a gander of El Arco is a must-do. (No, really, it is.)
- Bring your own thermal cup to the pool - they'll fill it. Bottoms up, beach lovers.

Family Vacation with children
The resort was clean, staff were all very friendly and helpful. Service was excellent. It's a very safe place to travel, we walked around at night and felt very safe. We had a good time at Cabo but were disappointed with a few things. This was a family vacation with our 4 grandchildren and their parents. The food options for kids was not kid friendly, we heard this from several other families that were also vacationing there. This was an all inclusive resort but we actually went off the resort for dinner a few times during the week as the kids did not want to eat at the resort. The adults also felt the food quality was not that good. There are signs that pool chairs are not to be reserved, but before 8:00 am the chairs all have personal items/towels on them so difficult to find seating around the pool and then the individuals that saved the chairs were not even using them. Chairs are reserved and you don't see anyone sitting in them all day so this was disappointing. The karaoke we thought would be a family show but they allowed MC hammer songs to be sung with all the explicit language - the words had **** but the individuals singing them knew the words and they sang all of them- not appropriate for children and offensive for us. I don't normally write reviews but thought some of this would be helpful for others that travel there.

Couples time
The most friendliest staff we have ever seen. From the time we arrived to the time we left they were like family. We highly recommend visiting this resort. The bellboy Tim was the most friendly person we have ever met traveling.

Kids Friendly Hotel
Kids-Friendly Hotel The Kids Club is amazing! The teachers—Cesar, Reyna, and Samadhi—are incredibly patient and always plan fun and engaging activities for the kids. My girls especially love the face painting, and they look forward to joining the activities every day. Food & Dining We really enjoy both the buffet and the deli. The buffet offers a wide variety of options and different styles of food, including Mexican, Asian, and American cuisine. The waiters are very friendly and welcoming every time we dine there. A special mention goes to Luigi, who is always smiling, serves quickly, and provides excellent, friendly service. The deli, located in the hallway, is my favorite place to grab a latte and dessert. The waitress, Meldy, is the best. She always greets guests with a smile, even during busy early mornings. She is patient, attentive, and consistently goes above and beyond to meet customers’ needs.
