What We Love
- It's an all-inclusive family fiesta on the beach with everything you want - and more.
- The kids club with buckets of activities and the Noah's Ark waterpark for splishy-splashyness.
- Descending into blissdom during a stress-smashing massage at the spa.
- The relaxing pool for the adults where doing absolutely nothing is the main activity.
Things to Know
- The airport is just 15 minutes from the airport. You'll have a cocktail before you can say "beach."
- Don't miss horseback riding and whale watching between December and April. Bucket Listers, for sure.
- Taking a boat ride out to get a gander of El Arco is a must-do. (No, really, it is.)
- Bring your own thermal cup to the pool - they'll fill it. Bottoms up, beach lovers.

Mediocre experience
We recently returned from a 14-day stay at the Royal Solaris Los Cabos. First impressions of the resort were positive. It is easy to get around, very clean, friendly staff. Our room was lovely, exactly what we had requested. We were under the impression from our travel agent (and the resort website) that there were no restrictions on the number of a la carte meals you could have. Turns out we were only entitled to 7 meals for our 14-day stay and then we had to use the “app” to book our dinner reservations. The website crashed multiple times, Restaurants were never available except at 9:00 pm despite trying very early in the day or days before. We had to go to the front desk multiple times to get them to book on our behalf. Not the way we want to spend our vacation. The dress code at the a la cartes was not enforced. Some guests were dressed very casual (flip flops, hats, bathing suits). The food was mediocre at best. Breakfast was always good at the buffet with great service. The little Deli that served snacks and specialty coffee was a treat. Soy lattes every day! Downside: The pool was really cold, the hot tub was dirty and you had to find staff to turn on the jets, the beach is difficult to walk due to miles of deep soft sand and you couldn’t go in the ocean due to warnings. Positives: Luis at the beach bar was great. We had Fabiola as our server several evenings, she was lovely. Edson at the Mexican restaurant went above and beyond. Toscano at the lobby bar was wonderful, always smiling. Luigi, Alex and Emmanuel were usually our servers at breakfast and always started our day off great.

Great place for parents with kids
clean resort and right on the beach. Food IMO was mediocre whereas other All Inclusive resorts I've been to had better food. Overall a good place to tay.

Family Trip
We had a wonderful time and were able to do so much. The kids’ club was especially fun, and the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming. César from the mini club was particularly thoughtful and made my kids feel so comfortable.

Great staff
I wasn't sure what to expect from this trip when my friends invited me using his membership. You read good things and bad things from comments. The property is ok and our rooms were fantastic. The food is VERY good at the Zai and Pancho. The drinks at the members bars turned into a experience with Tamayo's skills. The best was the service of the staff. People like Socoro, Matias, Lupita and many more. There is however one man among the staff who stands above the rest due to his versatility, Anthuan. This man is beyond exceptional. He performed a smooth check-in, booked all our dinners, and then 20 minutes later he's bringing snacks/drinks, and then he's changing our towels for new ones. He performs several different roles and positions at a high level of performance at the same time. Our dinners at Marco Polo were fantastic. The staff is very kind and smiley! Panchos taco night was delicious. More taco nights! The only complain: The big jacuzzi takes forever to be ready and you have to request it in advance and the water doesn't stay warm. At the members pool bar Socoro took good care of us and she remembered our drinks! The check out process made inside our room was a pleasant surprise. (Anthuan you're the man).
