Things to Know

  • The airport is just 15 minutes from the airport. You'll have a cocktail before you can say "beach."

  • Bring your own thermal cup to the pool - they'll fill it. Bottoms up, beach lovers.

    Will not go back to this resort again. This is out 9th visit to many all inclusive in Mexico

    Many supplies missing. The food was poor, tough and the same every night. Customer service needs major improvement. Clean and beautiful grounds. Need consistency with drinks. More training of staff needed. Main complaint was food.

    So many good , very little bad

    Great location, small and intimate, Front desk, bell hop , bartender's and staff were amazing and helpful Weather was much needed, we did have difficulty with the app and getting into the specialty restaurants but it all worked out in the end

    Lovely and relaxing

    We came for a week to escape Canadian winter. Hadn't been to Cabo before and really enjoyed our stay at Royal Solaris. The accommodations were quiet and comfortable, the food was great, the staff are friendly and patient and work really hard to help us have a fantastic time. We had literally nothing to complain about and really enjoyed our vacation. Thank you, hard-working and patient staff at Royal Solaris!

    Smiles

    Our trip was very relaxing and fun. All the staff were amazing, everyone from the reception, bell hops, wait staff, bartenders and especially the hardworking housekeepers. The spa was rejuvenating and relaxing. The care each staff member has for their job was truly evident through their hardwork and all their smiles.

    Great Resort

    The food and service were excellent. Were excellent. We received superb service in the restaurants and the spa. This is a very kid-friendly resort and there were lots of kids there. It was also smaller and in a nice neighborhood. If you have kids, this is a great place. The night shows could have been better. I want to especially name the waiter Luis in the buffet, the waiter Palma in the Italian restaurant, Yessyka who gave me my massage and Monse who helped us with the ATM. These folks made our trip special.
