  • Bring your own thermal cup to the pool - they'll fill it. Bottoms up, beach lovers.

    Wonderful food and experience!

    We had the most AMAZING experience this evening. Our waiters name was Abraham. If you are at this resort, go to this restaurant for the best most authentic Mexican food and amazing experience! Ensure no matter what that you get the Mexican coffee!

    I had dinner at Zai and I cannot express how great Adilene and Esteban were! They made sure we were very well taken care of. Well fed and great customer service.

    You get what you pay for.

    A decent place for saving money. We stayed 5 nights but they would only let us make reservations at the restaurants for two nights and those were at 9pm. This left us eating at the buffet for most of our meals. The food in many cases was barely warm. Limited activities at night. They had a DJ one night and Karaoke another but the acoustics in the room are awful and you can barely hear anything clearly. The pool is a bit cold and there is no hot tub unless you join the membership. The staff was very friendly and the spa was great but this is a case of getting what you pay for. I would spend a little extra to upgrade elsewhere.
