I love this place. We just went again. This is my fourth time that I’ve been in that place. from when you get there, you feel like home. The guys who get your luggage his name Is Omar bell boy. Also rooms are comfortable Bed and everything. Then you go to the pool area. And Eduardo who is by the pool he’s running everywhere to get whatever you want whatever you order. You will get your beer cold. And by the pool on the bar. You have 4 of the best bartenders. Eduardo, rumaldo,Alejandro, and Sergio. These guys been there since the first time I’ve been to that hotel.like 7 years ago. They welcome me with You are back Victor. They Remember my name.also the guy that make pizza. Jose Luis and Araitza. The best pizza ever. And fast. And then you go to the buffet area and I get Alex Rendón he will bring you food. So good. Anything that you want if they have it there they’ll give it to you. And the chef’s from the buffet from the restaurant. They are the best they’ll cook any food for you. I think his name was Alejandro.man I will never finish writing. What all this guys did for me and my family. All the people that work there are amazing. We will be back and if anyone is reading my review, ask for those guys, they will make you feel like home.

One of the Most memorable trips!
Ponchos was the best ever. Started with the service then great food and even ended with dessert entertainment. Gibron, Aaron and Capi Angel made our family and friends of 16s evening the most memorable! Thank you!

Royal Solaris, dinner on the beach.
Our stay at Royal Solaris has been stellar. We did dinner on the beach and our waiters Alex and Cristian Redon were amazing. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was heaven.

Jacob Jonathan will hands down give you the best breakfast experience, he has our table ready every morning before we even arrived, Ramon delivers excellent poolside service and makes sure you have everything whether it be drinks, food whatever he has it for you. Alberto with concierge will help you get a van to shuttle your large party to downtown marina or tell you about the best local eats and take care of you whenever you need something.
