Great atmosphere. Pool area was chill, not too crowded. Alejandra and many other staff member's were nice. Liked that you can use both resorts and they are connected.

We stayed at the Royal Solaris for a week all inclusive. It was a nice hotel, clean and friendly staff. Buffet was ok not great for people with allergies as nothing is really labeled like gluten, dairy etc other than one or two vegetarian dishes so it was difficult to find things to eat. Rooms are good could use a bit of updating and refurbishment. Swimming pools are big and there’s quite a few of them, jacuzzi is also great with a lovely view. The only thing that made this a 4/5 and not 5/5 was just the allergy listing on foods.

Pleasant Week Getaway
Spent a week in Nov 2025 at this resort and was pleasantly surprised. Member of our family has a membership and invited me along. The private bar area was very nice and Javier Abarca did an amazing job preparing random cocktails for us. The pool staff, especially Mayra were superb. Daily pool activities kept us busy. The evening entertainment was average and seemed to be mostly focused on kids. Food in the buffet was good and the desserts were yummy. We went to a few of the restaurants for dinner and most were ok. The Steaks were over cooked and chewy. I would say the best restaurant was the Italian place, but could use some better red wine. Nice place for a quick getaway!
