Staff was great, especially Carlos greeting us every morning for breakfast at Rosmarina's, and Ricky at Marco Polo! Our favorite place.

Tequila at Solaris 2025
Tequila Tasting for members at Royal Solaris was an educational and fun experience with Isaac, master mixologist and Ross, his handsome assistant. We enjoyed the activity and will do it again. Thank you to Solaris for great experiences.

We stayed at Royal Solaris Cancun Resort Marina & Spa. The room was comfortable and the hotel itself is beautiful, though it would benefit from some renovation. The service was excellent—staff were always attentive and kind. The food could use more variety, but overall it was enjoyable.

Thank you for our amazing experience!
Great hotel, music, food, entertainment & especially the customer service from when we arrived, to the front desk, at the restaurants, servers, bartenders, shops, & at the pool. Shout out to Darvin Garcia & Yzrael, & a few others but don’t know their names. They were kind, patient, friendly, professional & great sense of humor. Great experience. Will definitely go back!!

Amazing experience at this all inclusive
Great experience definitely will go back. Room was clean and the personnel were friendly and very helpful. Our server Darwin Garcia was amazing.
