    Beautiful setting

    Royal Saloris is right between a lagoon and the ocean, we had a beach view which was lovely. Staff was very helpful with many speaking or at least understanding English. Causal eating at Buffett which is included with all inclusive option, also limited food Buffett at pool (pizza, burgers). Drinks plentiful delivered to your lounge or you can swim or walk up to the bar. There are four restaurants not included in all inclusive rate. Room service is available 24 hrs. Overall it was great. Our bed was comfortable but a little soft for us, they do have a service to change the mattress but we didn’t use it. The only downside was noise in hallways at night, we were close to the elevator so every crying baby, screaming toddler and drunk adult went by our door, lots of door slamming and we could hear the pool music (stopped early evening).

    Great stay at the Royal Solaris Cancun

    Great experience at the hotel. A great variety of foods, great attention from people who work here, very good hygiene. Special thanks to the kid's club, my daughter enjoyed all the daily activities. Emy, Ivette and Marianna always waiting for the kids with a smile. Very nice girls!

    All Inclusive Hotel BEST CHOICE, for us again!

    We are a couple from Park City Utah. Travel is my passion. Mexico is a favorite for so many reasons some being the great food, cities, beaches and people. For 30 years we have enjoyed a week in Cancun each year. It is my wife’s, “Happy Place!” At least have of the time we stay at the Royal Solaris, GR Caribe hotel. After an extensive remodel it really shines this year. They’ve added a new coffee/deli area that opens at 6AM for great coffee drinks and more. The women who work there are welcoming and make fantastic cappuccino! There are so many of the hotel staff that I would like to give high marks too! But one especially is a bar tender named Sergio Vera. He is a beautiful person, caring and makes wonderful cocktails! He and so many others at this hotel make our decision to return each year very easy. The food at the specialty restaurants was so good this year with lamb shank, filet mignon, salmon, my favorite apple goat cheese salad and rolls to die for! The location is close to the airport unlike hotels on Southern coast, so not a long tedious commute. Last year we were at the Marriott Hotel as they recently opened as an all inclusive. The Royal Solaris is almost as good all things considered, but a huge price savings!😎

    Fun activities for the family

    Such a fun place for family activities. Thr kids club has such fun activities. Some are indoors and others are outdoor. This fun activitie was make your own pizza. Our kids enjoyed their time with Ivette, Mariana and Emi.

    Best stay ever

    We had great food and excellent drinks, Our favorite is Kalimbra in the Members Bar and Oblia in the omelette area, our maids were outstanding. Everything about this place makes the trip amazing 🤩
