Trip to remember.
We had a Wonderful stay at the resort. The staff was friendly, helpful, courteous and genuinely seemed happy to make our stay memorable. Everyone went above and beyond. We would especially like to thank Yacowchi, Josefina, Edgar, and Margarita for their Oustanding efforts. We will definitely be returning.

After many years
The whole Resort is amazing. We've come here for many years. This year our host Claudia and Xavier have been wonderful and super helpful. Andreas the workout trainer has been wonderful with helping us with routines and the workout classes in the pools. And he is also easy on the eye lol but very nice. The people here are wonderful

I have a membership in this hotel, the service is great in general but there is room for improvement specifically in the bars new bar in Vista lounge need fridge and variety on ingredients for premium cocktails cantina looks old and bit up, menu for members welcome party very basic, just chicken wings and fries, one night I spotted one of the mixologist in one of the restaurants and when I asked for one of his drinks they said the service was only for a specific talbe that make me think about my membership.

Perfect family vacation
I’m in love with this hotel. They have a lot of activities for kids of all ages. The kids’ room has different toys and board games. It’s always clean and cool. Staff is very friendly. Thank you Suleica, Emi and Aszu. You’ll always be in our hearts ❤️
