Javier is the best bartender ever, and I would come back to Solaris just for his service. Really love Solaris hotels. !!!!!!

Member bar Issac, Ruben, and Javier rock!!
Ruben and Javier in the members bar are super awesome team with Issac. Ruben makes the drinks spot on and is hilarious making the experience unforgettable. Javier does a great job making sure guest are served and attentive to their drinks or run for the supplies needed for a certain drink. All 3 make it one big family. Please don’t lose these guys!

Nov 20, 2025Kids’ Club makes Royal Solaris something special
This was my first all inclusive experience and I was traveling as a single mom with my kid (age 9) Royal Solaris absolutely met our expectation in terms of value, service, and vibes! We chose Royal Solaris because it was listed as “single parent friendly” on Sunwing’s website, meaning my kid still stayed for free without a surcharge for not booking a second adult. It also had a cool looking Kids Club and lots of activities. The Kids Club BY FAR exceeded my expectations! My kid was obviously happy to play video games there, but I was also so impressed by how attentive the Kids Club staff were and the number of activities my kid was not only willing but excited to participate in. He made friends with other visiting kids, which being an only child on vacation with his mom was a real gift. I felt so comfortable and confident leaving him there while I got a massage or just enjoyed some solo time. It was like he had his own little community, and I have the awesome Kids Club team — Soleica, Mariana, Ivet, and Emi — to thank for that!

All works out
It was a nice time even though the weather did not cooperate. Best place to be is at the pool for Andres’ water workouts and the gym where you’ll find this friendly, happy inspiring man ready to help you get your heart rate going and burn those calories. Hope to workout with you in 2026.

Daniel and Jesus were awesome. They went above and beyond to help get my son's shorts that blew off the balcony. Thank you so much for your help these 2 are great assets to the Royal Solaris!
