Wonderful Girls Trip at Solaris Cancun!
We had an amazing girls' trip to Solaris Cancun! The resort was beautiful, clean, and offered a stunning view. The staff truly made our experience exceptional with their kindness, hard work, and dedication to ensuring all guests had a great time. A few team members really stood out to us. Javier, the waiter in the lobby, was fantastic. He took care of us every night, keeping our drinks full and offering help with anything we needed. Cecilio, Kalimba, and Cecilia from the members' lounge were beyond amazing! They provided impeccable service, great drinks, and plenty of laughs. We couldn’t have asked for better bartenders. Solaris is lucky to have such an incredible team! Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for great service and a memorable stay.

Best vacation ever
First time in Cancun and not the last one. Food is better than expected and totally worth every dollar spent on the All Inclusive. What is bringing me back to Solaris is the outstanding service I received by the staff. Waiters, bartenders and specially Kenia from guest service that made my whole week so easy and unforgettable with my anniversary dinner. Can’t wait to go back to Solaris!

Had a good time, not likely to return
We got the week from an auction. It was our first time in Cancun & with Solaris. We had a good time, the pools were beautiful. All of the staff were super friendly. We were there when a hurricane came through (at the edge of cat 1), the staff were great- providing regular service in addition to clean up. It was concerning that the lobby, halls and several rooms (including ours) flooded. I’m not sure if that’s a hurricane thing or issue with the building. Not a fan of the high pressure sales. We were very transparent going in that we weren’t interested- just wanted to know how to make current points work with them. After 2 1/2 hours of no, we finally got out! We did get a gift that we didn’t use & didn’t hear from our personal concierge again! We did a couple excursions that were enjoyed. The full day one apparently had the option to pre purchase beverages (water), we weren’t given that option when booking and couldn’t do it on the tour. Over all good time

Poolside drinks served with passion!
Relax while enjoying the finest in Cancun! If you are poolside, ask for Omar Reyes Montes. No one I’ve ever met serves drinks with the type of passion he exudes. My tumbler is never empty! He’s jus one of many all-stars in service here at Royal Solaris!

Helene Storm
Storm Helene hit Royal Solaris and left damage in my room. When I woke up, my room was full of water and not only the room but also the hallway. At first it was very annoying for us but we tried to understand that natural phenomena and their effects cannot be controlled. A very kind lady who identified herself as a guest service representative came to apologize to us for this inconvenience and offered to move us to another room, which we immediately accepted. She was so kind that she waited for us to pack and told us that if we wanted we could go to breakfast and she would take care of moving our luggage to the new room and bring us the keys to the restaurant. Thank you very much, we understood that she was trying to remedy the inconvenience!! The food is good, perhaps a little repetitive, it is a little difficult to use their application to reserve restaurants, the application sometimes does not work. Honestly, the magnificent thing about this place is the staff that provides the attention, they are always kind, gentle and smiling.
