Advisory There is an environmental sanitation tax for hotels in Cancun. The fee is $1 USD per hotel room, per night for every tourist that stays overnight in the municipality of Benito Juarez. This tax must be paid at the check-in.
Advisory The Municipal Government of Benito Juarez will be charging all guests in the area of Cancun and Puerto Morelos an Environmental Sanitation Tax of a minimum $76 Mexican Pesos per room per night.     My first stay in Cancun

    Beautiful clean and nice smelling place! Loved my room with the fan in it! I think it’s important when having people from different temperatures and humidity that the airflow and air conditioning work properly. Those people like me need to have some relief from the heat and high humidity. I don’t mind the constant construction. I feel the place needs work on the walls and ceilings. Constant dripping from the ceiling and peeling walls. The steps need to be highlighted. Thank goodness I only miss one step once and I have a scraped knee to prove it. Too many lounge chairs at the big pool. I felt like I had to jump into one or try to find one on the end. Love the service I was given at the pool, restaurants and bars. Workers at the main cafeteria seemed to walk around unnecessarily and always a wait to be seated and to get the things you couldn’t get for yourself. But like I said the pool service, members bar service and restaurants especially Vedito’s awesome service!!

    Carlos Martinez best in cancun

    Carlos is the best in town. Best waiter. Nice. We would come back only for him. The resort is nice, nice parties. Many families. If you wanna have good time with family, good place. If you want to have fun with friends, go to coco bongo or mandala. Carlos best in town

    Royal Solaris

    The check in experience was not quite clear about the included restaurants in the resort for RCI reservations. However, the staff has been incredible! They embody service with a smile. Carlos Martinez and Tino at Rosmarinus are welcoming, friendly, and joyous. They made great drink recommendations and helped us each day to enjoy our vacation. Also special shout out to Scott and Cruz at the pool bar who made sure we always had a special fun drink in hand. The entertainment team was amazing - special acknowledgment for my girls Maxin and Margarita who encouraged us to participate and made the activities engaging and energetic. Our room was clean every day. We had a slow shower drain and it was immediately easily resolved. There was a lot of construction and many things in the resort were closed, which I wish was mentioned on check in.

    I have been going to Royal Solaris 20 years plus It’s always been great Eder and Oliver they have been there for years and are the best All of the staff are excellent Food and entertainment Great For the price and service it is excellent So for a great experience this the place

    Royal saloris vacation

    Had an amazing time at this resort , big shout out to Dayana, Maggie and Eduardo they put on a good show everyday , they were so friendly and nice definitely recommend coming here 10/10 experience you will love it!!! The food is also really good at this resort
