My family has been returning to this resort for years - there are many great things about this place, but what really makes it an incredible resort is the amazing staff. The waiters, bartenders, entertainment, and concierges are so welcoming & truly become your friends by the end of your stay. I love returning to see old friends & make new ones. This year, I was blessed to meet Mayra who is an absolute angel; her kindness & sweet spirit is contagious. I had 2 trips to Royal Solaris this year & Mayra was easily the highlight of both of them. Between the “Mayra Special” shots for my family & incredibly beautiful rainbow drinks for my friend’s Bach party, she made us feel so loved & special. MAYRA, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING - WE LOVE YOU SO MUCH!

GR Caribe in Cancun for a week!!
We had a great experience! We were there for a week. The rooms were new and clean. The food was really good! The buffet restaurant was convenient and easy and served good food. The four other restaurants there served gourmet dishes and portions which was delicious and fun to try. With the 4 restaurants you have to make reservations through the app now which doesn't always work very smoothly. It was better when you could walk to the restaurant and make a reservation in person. Definitely try them out though, they are worth it! At night they have great entertainment. The dance performances in the theater were incredible! And afterwards there is always a party in the upper lounge area where they have varying music performances such as DJs, live vocalists, karaoke, or silent disco! Dayana and Eduardo on the entertainment staff made the dances so much fun. We did so much dancing during the whole week!!

Herlinda is our love!! ❤️
Herlinda has been serving our snacks at the pool for three years now. When we first met her, it was at the sushi bar and that was in 2023 for my and my husband‘s wedding. She left such an impression on us that when we came back the following year (2024) just for a family vacation. we came from one of the three other hotels that you can stay at with Royal Solaris and we came to visit her just so that we could see her. And now following our vacation in June 2025 we were able to see her again at the pizza bar and she is still as radiant and as kind as we met her, this lady deserves all the love all the praise for being such a wonderful human such a wonderful hostess such a wonderful cook and we hope that we get to see her again and again and again! Thank you so much, Royal Solaris for taking such great care of this employee. As members, we hope that you guys value her just as much as we value her thank you so much Herlinda!!! ❤️

Azucena es un ángel!!
Azucena was amazing with our children! They had such a fun time. We even actually didn’t see your phones for a while and when we came back, she kept them very entertained. The kids have nothing beautiful things to say about her. We really appreciate everything. The mini club offers here at Royal Solaris

The members check in staff, especially Daniel, was incredibly helpful to make sure we had what we needed to make us comfortable! He went over and above!
- AdvisorySpring Break Policy - Hotel does allow individual spring breakers, but no groups. $100 cash per person (refundable) deposit is required at check-in.
- AdvisoryThere is an environmental sanitation tax for hotels in Cancun. The fee is $1 USD per hotel room, per night for every tourist that stays overnight in the municipality of Benito Juarez. This tax must be paid at the check-in.
