  Hostess at Marco Polo

  LUCIANA the hostess is the most helpful person in the resort. She made my birthday at Marco Polo very special by making sure we have tables. She is also friendly and always greet you with a smile. She should be a manager.

  Friendly staff and clean and plentiful facilities

  My family had an excellent time at the hotel. Highs were the cleanliness, super friendly staff, plenty of pools and jacuzzis, and of course the awesome ocean access. Particular standouts were the staff. We really enjoyed doing yoga and aquatic exercises with Andres, the hotel's gym trainer. We also appreciated the care Keidy, Alisson, and Ruby would give us when entering the buffet for breakfast and dinner. Alexander the pool bartender was also great and was an expert. We really appreciated the whole experience and can't wait to be back! It feels like a second home thanks to the well-kept hotel features and friendly staff.

  Have fun in the sunshine Cancun style.

  Always friendly guy at Rusmorinos. Alberto,Alfredo,Cupul,Mateo and Tomas were always ready to make sure I had all I wanted every day. Thanks for all these guys making my trip wonderful.

  Keeps getting BETTER everytime back

  GREAT TRIP - beginning to end!! We checked in with our Butler Ross. We didn't know as Presidential members, we now have a Butler!!! Ross was AWESOME!! He showed us 2 rooms - the original Ocean-view we booked, or a Lagoon view Presidential with a giant balcony and hot tub. Ross made all our dinner reservations for us AND our member friends staying over at the Caribe. Even got us over to the new Don Gus Mexican restaurant (excellent) at the GR Solaris up the road. He would always touch base with us a few time during the day and was always a pleasure to deal with. The room, food, pool, and facilities were fantastic. One of the cleanest resorts we go to. Shout out to some of the great people working there - Yuri our maid kept the room lovely; Roberto was the BEST waiter at Veneto, Rodizzio, and Gala; Javier at the Caribe pool bar; Isaac & Cecillio at the Members Bar always had EXCELLENT cocktails (and Cecillio did an awesome Tequila tasting); Dayan, Anayeil, & Capitan Eduardo at the Cafe Solaris and Bogavante were fantastic; at the Spa Leo, Borel, Yuri & Conchy were wonderful hosts/masseuses. AND another shout out to Ross out Butler - he really added a truly personal touch to our wonderful vacation.

  Not what I hoped an all inclusive would be!

  We are very used to cruising which is what I would call all inclusive on the water so we decided to try an all inclusive in Cancun so we could just stay on the beach most of the time. Upon check-in we were told we were charged for 4 people instead of 2 for the all inclusive fee. Instead of correcting that at check-in, they told us to call RCI and then RCI said we had to call the Solaris RCI prepay number which they just gave me the run around about how the room is for 4 and that is why we were charged for 4 instead of 2! That makes no sense. Who would knowingly pay for 2 more people? The only thing the all inclusive fee was for at this resort was food/drinks. The food was not good and for the most part I barely ate the entire week there. The Solaris RCI Prepay rep just keep repeating the same thing over and over....the room is for 4. I have been using RCI since 1996 and have never had this type of thing happen before. I consider it a very dishonest way for Solaris to get more money from RCI exchangers. Never again will I stay or recommend this resort!
