Beautiful place but awful food and drinks
They foul you with ALL INCLUSIVE!!! Because you won’t find something to eat or enjoy the food as you expect, It’s terrible !! Food and drinks are all inclusive BUT awful and very cheap quality. Weird taste to all of their drinks alcoholic and nonalcoholic also juices!! Fruits no taste or about to go bad . One day they already smelled. The Place is beautiful though and rooms are nice . I wouldn’t think twice if the food was even 5 out of 10 but it’s terrible! Not even a star Some nights I couldn’t find anything to eat except pasta or desert (I usually don’t eat deserts or pasta) . Meat so hard and cheap , it’s like your eating rubber. chicken so bad and never fresh they taste like they were cooked a week ago. Plus the unknown weird food they served. Flies on food multiple times different days. The other problem no food you can buy walking distance, you have take transportation to get food. The best was Edgar though at the breakfast buffet. He was super nice and made us the best omelette. He made sure to make it exactly as we asked for! By the way, the breakfast buffet is the only exception as you can find a couple of options to eat than lunch and dinner. Some of their restaurants on the their APP, they supposed to serve breakfast and lunch but they never did. So they claim they have multiple restaurants for you during your stay but in reality no they don’t serve breakfast or lunch . They serve Dinner with reservations only and you have only twice . Way over priced resort for what we experienced!

We love Solaris
We love Solaris so much that we finally became members. The staff is always so nice and welcoming. Our daughters always get the best treatment. This time, Suleica, welcomed them to the kids club and was always very international about building rapport with them inside and outside of the kids club. We enjou the food, activities, shows, and amazing views. We cannot wait to start planning our next trip!

Great experience.
Great atmosphere. Pool area was chill, not too crowded. Alejandra and many other staff member's were nice. Liked that you can use both resorts and they are connected.

Good hotel and friendly staff
We stayed at the Royal Solaris for a week all inclusive. It was a nice hotel, clean and friendly staff. Buffet was ok not great for people with allergies as nothing is really labeled like gluten, dairy etc other than one or two vegetarian dishes so it was difficult to find things to eat. Rooms are good could use a bit of updating and refurbishment. Swimming pools are big and there’s quite a few of them, jacuzzi is also great with a lovely view. The only thing that made this a 4/5 and not 5/5 was just the allergy listing on foods.
