We had an amazing time at the members lounge with Cruz and Melchor. They did an amazing job at helping us feel welcomed and like family. We also enjoyed Mayra’s help at the pool! She was very attentive and gave us great customer service. We also enjoyed Kalimba’s service at the member lounge at Royal. The service Cesar gave us at Bogavante and we went back just to see him. We had the same experience at Veneto with Misrain and Cruz at Las Fuentes. I can’t speak enough of the treatment that Alfredo gave us at Rosemarinos. He has always taken care of us in the last 3 years we have gone there. I feel like he is now part of our family and really enjoy seeing him. All of them really made our trip and can’t say enough about them. I hope they are still there when we go back next year.

Brilliant family friend hotel
Lovely family friendly hotel. Clean throughout and everyone was welcoming. Always made a fuss of our children. Our daughter loved the kids club and Suleica was so friendly and helpful ☺️ The rooms are clean but basic. Overall, great value for money! The only negative would be the music level around the pool, it could get quite noisy in the afternoons and was almost too loud on the pool party Saturday.

Visiting home away from home
Having the best time ever.. everyone is soo friendly. Ruben ( like the sandwich lol his words not mine) makes amazing drinks with great jokes . And Lupita ( pool bar attendant) is all around amazing with a big heart

Perfect vacation
Everything was great! The room was clean and the service was excellent. The food was nice and fresh. My daughter loved the mini club with the pool—especially the kids’ room. Mariana was super nice and helped us make a bracelet, which made the experience even better. We appreciated her kindness 🫶🏻

relaxing and meaningful stay
We weee staying the hotel for 3 nights, they offer a lot activities during the day. We joined the yoga sessions and gym class with instructor Andres, he is so professional to support our wellness program, strongly recommended to join the morning yoga sessions and afternoon gym session with him.
