    Amazing!

    This hotel is so chill and we loved the vibe! Go and see Roberto or Carlos at the pool for the best fun! The drinks and food are spectacular- we loved it so much we will return!

    5 star staff!

    I had a great time here with my family. The place was beautiful. The food was great and the staff was very friendly. They made us feel at home as soon as we got there. Shoutout to beach security, David Cruz, activities coordinator, Carlos, and server, Geraro for making our stay so special.

    Uncomfortable and rooms are unsatisfactory for the cost

    Uncomfortable due to the room situations and the lies that where told. Room should be condemned. The mind trick doesn't work on us, we have been to over 20 different resorts in the past 14 years. Staff needs a change

    Love the Royal Hideaway

    It was everything we hoped for and more. Ricky in Villa 27 was absolutely amazing. He made us feel at home and helped us with transportation recommendations. All the staff were amazing and the food was excellent. No issues with wait times for meals and every restaurant was great. We will be coming back!!!
