Overall rating 8 out of 10. We were a little dissapointed in a few areas. We didn't like the beds being joined togther to make one big bed. My husband fell between the two beds in the middle of the night. Entertainment was ok could have been better. Sport bar was awful, dirty and no music, to loud with all the people trying to talk over themselves. Tables had dirty plates felt on them we had to clean it ourselve. Looked like there was only one staff member working the entier sports bar. Staff was very nice and greeted you with smaile and a good morning in the morning. Cleaning crew was also very nice and friendly. Sadly ee did not get the best view from our room we had a building in front blocking the partial ocean view. We were placed in a room away from our family on the opposite side where they all were. The little store/gift shop was way over priced. I paid 113 pesos for a travel size shampoo that is 6 dollars for a travel size. Sheesh.

I like the hotel and the restaurants, but your pools are very poor, doesn't has and slide or things to play and fun. They are only pools! But I really enjoyed the restaurants and the wide variety or food. I love the night shows too. Definitely I want to come back again.

The thing about matters it was not comfy at all. When the person moves the whole bed shakes. It wasn’t comfortable at all.

I would spend your money anywhere else. Upon arrival they messed up my booking and were unwilling to fix it .and in the end charged me to fix there mess up . Sports bar food got everyone sick . Disgusting excuse for sports bar. Pool food was exactly the same. Main buffet had no bathrooms and you had to cross the resort. Kids pool closed without notice. Pools closed way to soon. Entertainment was mediocre at best. Room was never restocked when they said every 2 days. We called to get waters and they never brought them. Completely a disappointment and cost to value was horrible. Do not stay here unless you want cafeteria food and go to bed early.

Marco was an excellent help to our family whenever we needed anything especially for transportation. The food and entertainment was on point every night. Pool and beach activities were so much fun. Wish the all white party was for adults only and played more up-to-date hip-hop music. Overall this place was amazing for my first experience.
