    Riu Vallarta is a great choice in PV

    I was really impressed with everything about this property. The pool and beach areas were great. Plenty of different pool options for kids and adults. My daughter loved the foam party they had in one pool. Beach was large and never very crowded. The service was fantastic. It didn't seem to matter who we talked to, they really seemed to care about making sure you got what you needed. Super friendly overall, whether it was housekeeping, the restaurants or the front desk. Food in restaurants was great. We liked the variety in the buffet areas each day. Plenty of options for all tastes. We went to the Steak House two nights and really enjoyed our meals there as well. Tip - Make sure you get in line early before they open to get a buzzer and then you're all set. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great vacation spot in Puerto Vallarta. I wish we could have stayed longer.

    Wonderful Experience.

    Wonderful Experience. I have no complaints. Food was awesome. Cleaning staff kept the premises spotless. Luna and entertainment team were spectacular! I could have stayed a few more days. I can't wait to visit again!

    Excellent food service rooms and close to walking along beach to Bucerias the food was excellent in the main restaurant, the Italian had great choices. Did not eat anywhere else . Entertainment very good lots of tables and chairs available. The chairs on beach plenty available without getting up early to reserve. Adult pool was maintained and if children attempted to get in they were quickly turned away

    Loved every minute of it!

    Here at the RIU Vallarta, just checked out and waiting on my shuttle pickup to head back to Canada. And I have to give my review right now. I have enjoyed EVERYTHING about our stay here! From check in to check out 8 days later, the staff has been phenomenal!!! Their service, the warmth, the care, the greetings, have been unmatched by every other hotel stay. This is our 5th trip to a RIU property, and this has been our best. The food here is 10/10. I have not tasted one bad thing! Plenty of choices at the buffet. Our favourite restaurant has been the Kulinarium. The pumpkin goat cheese soup is divine. So good that we ate there twice and sad we didn’t get to go a 3rd time. But all the a la carte restaurants are great as well. We had an ocean view upgrade (4041) and the view was amazing facing the ocean. The beds were actually very comfortable. I slept like a baby every night. Well-rested to go home! I would like to specially thank Alonso for the best welcome and checkin service. He waved hi to us everyday when we walked by too. Made it such a warm welcome. Excellent customer service! Jane and Angel at the Sports Bar are the bosses at making drinks and welcoming us everyday. Absolute gems. The poolside margarita man (I missed his name), is amazing! Such a wonderful soul, and makes the BEST Jamaica Margaritas! The staff at the buffet for breakfast and lunch are fabulous! They are super-fast and super-efficient! So welcoming too! The entertainment crew are awesome! They get the vibes going from morning to late at night. Amazing! Also an easy walk to a pharmacy (500 meters) and supermarket (2 km) away. They clean this hotel up and down EVERYDAY! The Plaza/entertainment area is scrubbed and polished. Housekeeping is fast and on-point! Listen I have NOTHING bad to say about this property! The only thing missing from this RIU is body lotion (so bring your own). I have done RIU Palaces too, and RIU Vallarta has won my heart. I will be back!
