Great place for all adult resort. Great event every night. Pool area is fun, easy access to the beach.

Good place to stay in December
Overall a good experience. Making reservations for for the Garden Steakhouse where unclear. I spoke to people who made reservations the day before. Went down at 5:30 since the app said it opens at 6:00. When they opened at 6:00 I was told and had to come back the next day at 5:20 to make a reservation for the next night. Snacks after 10:00pm could use some improvement. They had burgers, hot dogs, nachos and sandwiches that appeared to have been sitting under the warmers for most of the day. Waitstaff were all very friendly. Most limited on English, but they try very hard to understand you and most always figured it out. Food in the buffet and restaurants where up to our expectations.

Christmas Vacation
The resort was very large and our room was not close to the beach. It was easy to get to everything and the food was good. There was a variety of places to eat. There were always lounge chairs available.

Jan 03, 2026Not a Five Star Hotel....
This hotel is advertised as a five-star property, but it does not meet that standard. The rooms are in poor condition and clearly need renovation. The door did not close properly, the shower head was faulty, and fixtures such as the shower gel holder were loose. These issues were reported but not addressed. Cleanliness was also a concern, as the bedsheets were not clean. Food quality and hygiene were disappointing, and staff were observed using mobile phones while cooking. The hotel operates more like a party resort, with loud music played until the early hours of the morning, making it very difficult to sleep. Most concerning was a serious breach of privacy when a staff member entered one of our rooms around midnight while a female guest was sleeping. Overall, the experience was unacceptable and I would advise avoiding this hotel at all costs.

The property was beautiful. The food could have been better. The food in the main buffet was never hot. Not too much to do other than drink. The pool parties were not on site and there was a limited bus schedule to attend. If you missed the bus there was not any activities on-site to do. There were many minor room repairs needed.
