    Fabulous hotel

    Myself and my husband visited this hotel 20th Jan u til 3rd feb We were a little apprehensive after reading the reviews really glad we went The Tui reps eydison and Kath were amazing knowledgeable friendly a credit to Tui The rooms are basic ours was kept clean always clean towels etc The mini bar app service was just perfect within a couple of hours our requests were delivered We found the food to be just fabulous we never had a bad meal the food was well presented and very tasty my husband is a little picky too There are party pools which are fun to watch we did stay in tbe quiet pools by the slides Everywhere is spotless The drinks were great and nothing was too Much trouble for the staff Only one grip the gourmet restaurant was never full but could not get in whatever time we went 3 nights only 4 tables each night full could not understand that We will definitely return

    Exceeded my expectations

    Room wasnt too loud at night except my neighbors that made a lot of noise sone nights. food was ok, better than what i heard. Theres a lot of pushy vendors on the beach, thats sums up the bad side of my week there

    Vacationer Beware

    If you like moldy and sewage smelling rooms, this is the place for you. Food was very unappealing. By the end of the trip, I was stuck in my room with vomitting and the runs. They over serve the guests alcohol. At one point, we had to excite the swim-up bar pool because a guy was puking in it. The hallways were always dirty from the night before and garbage everywhere. If you like a cheap vacation and like to party and don’t care about your accommodations, this is the place for you!

    I loved my time at thr Riu Rep

    Everything was lovely. My primary reason for the visit was to simply RELAX, so I really didn't do a lot of the onsite activities. I did get plenty of rest and was able to enjoy the music from the theater from my balcony. I must give a huge to Elias and Kenny in the "La Altagracia" buffet, for their excellent service and outstanding personalities! Also, I didn't get her name, but the young lady who was my housekeeper (room 2077) was a lovely soul with a very sweet personality.

    Meh!

    I enjoyed my time at this place. The food was good, drinks were good. I also liked that I could go for a run early morning. Customer service was good. My only complaint is that the room we stayed was a little dirty, our air conditioning had a leak but they did fixed. I hope they pay more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms.
