    Hotel was old. Our room had mosquitos every day we were there for 7 days. No hot water in shower first 2 days. One sink never had cold water and leaked underneath. Ants in room that were never taken care of either. Confusion on reserving steakhouse. Confusion on Xmas eve dinners. Major language barrier. Staff was excellent

    Food is great, good variety. Why does the club open at 11 pm? And beyond that it's only 11 to 2. I'm not 20 anymore lol. Then during the day they can only play covers of songs you hear on American radio. If I am in DR I'd prefer something local or more lively. Otherwise, food is good, service is great. Will not be back to this resort as it is no different that just visiting Florida

    This was an average resort. Food was not very good. Housekeeping was not great. They came to clean out room and took out towels but did not replace them. Entertainment was good. Beautiful location.

    The hotel is okay overall, but the food was very poor and did not meet expectations. The service was fine and the staff were polite and helpful. The Beach is wide and nice There was also a large variety of animations and entertainment, so there was always something to do. If you looking for a party hotel - definitely yes In general, the hotel is acceptable, but the quality of the food definitely needs improvement.

    2. All Student / Spring Breaker Group reservations are strictly On Request and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the corresponding Destination Sales Department. RIU Hotels & Resorts reserves the right of admission and may reject any request at its sole discretion.

    3. If a Student / Spring Breaker Group is accepted:

    a. The number of rooms will be deducted from the contracted allotments

    b. Minimum Age requirement: 21 years of age or older.

    c. The Hotel may request proof of age in the form of passport or official ID

    d. Each room must submit a signed liability agreement upon check-in.

    4. At all other RIU properties Student Groups / Spring Breakers (either groups or individuals, regardless of age) are not allowed at any time during the year.
