    I loved my time at thr Riu Rep

    Everything was lovely. My primary reason for the visit was to simply RELAX, so I really didn't do a lot of the onsite activities. I did get plenty of rest and was able to enjoy the music from the theater from my balcony. I must give a huge to Elias and Kenny in the "La Altagracia" buffet, for their excellent service and outstanding personalities! Also, I didn't get her name, but the young lady who was my housekeeper (room 2077) was a lovely soul with a very sweet personality.

    Meh!

    I enjoyed my time at this place. The food was good, drinks were good. I also liked that I could go for a run early morning. Customer service was good. My only complaint is that the room we stayed was a little dirty, our air conditioning had a leak but they did fixed. I hope they pay more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms.

    Good for the price

    I was very skeptical when booking this hotel due to some bad reviews. Decided to make my own review after seeing how cost friendly this was. Resort was huge, beautiful beach, pools were clean. Food was eh, expect to use the bathroom after every meal. Drinks were bottom shelf but expected. Service was great! Rooms could use some TLC. Room 0153 was horrible-- no AC, mold everywhere. We were switched to another room with no issues. Did not see any rats or anything like some reviews stated. Housekeepers kept up well with making our bed with pretty flowers everyday which was very appreciated. Parties every night! This is certainly a party hotel so if you're looking for any quiet, I would not recommend. It was a great trip especially for the cost. I would return to RIU.

    I will be back.

    I found the resort to be a great deal for the money. Sorry fl you don't compare. I don't speak the language but had no problems getting what I needed. The workers are all great. 220 night for 2 people how could you go wrong. You can't get a place on the beach in Florida for that. Free food and booze is just a plus.

    Best trip ever

    Only negative review is the ocean; unfortunately the resort is located where there’s no reefs to stop all the waves which makes it so there is always a red flag up and you can’t swim in the ocean; but that’s why they have 9 pools to swim in lol
