Good Value, family-friendly stay
Room could have been cleaner upon arrival, got better over the stay. Food was good, variety of options. Shows and activities were fun and family friendly. Good value.

The female staff is rude, and I saw a female cook eating out of the pots at the buffet. My check out time was 12pm and a female house keeper walked into my room at 8am while I was still sleeping. The towels in our rooms spelt like mildew like they weren’t clean. There were to many cats in the dinning area where it shouldn’t be allowed! When we got to our room after check in our room was out of refreshments and we had to call the front desk for them to restock it.

HORRIBLE THEY ONLY HAVE FOUR SELECTION OF FOOD ! AND THEY ALLLL STINK Bad! I was harassed And I waited 10 minutes . You can see this I checked out at 9 o’clock I came down at 8:14 and it was September 24 of 2025 .After check out jason wanted to verify how I left my room when I proceeded to ask him why . he said this is a protocol it happen two ago ! But I asked one of my white FRIENDS I had met on the resort that week and they didn’t do it to her! There’s no cameras in the elevator there’s no cameras in the stairs there’s no cameras around the facility so if something happens you ; there’s no record of your missing. I say this because the first night I went to the restaurant steak house then I went to the bar stood there for a little bit and went to the theater I saw some guy following me so I went back to my room because I. Started to walk in a circle motion and he did the same he was following me in the theater and when I went inside of the elevator some guy ran inside the elevator and try to hold it and Proceeded to make conversation with me I ignored him when it was my stop I came out the elevator he proceeded to follow me and kept asking me if I want to invite him over! The phone did not work in my room. the only thing that I could give you a 10 out of 10 is that the bathroom was nice and clean and up-to-date the cake smells like refrigerated there was there a long time. I went to dinner after I went to the beach I went to the bathroom that was in the facility in the lobby so I could change and went to dinner unfortunately I was turned back because I didn’t have the proper attire for there and I never heard that I’ve been to plenty of resorts and they ask for at least clothes however just a bathing suit or a towel you can’t enter. this trip is in September 22-25 of 2025 and last but not least DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE AND LACK SAFETY! The beaches was public with vendors that weren’t apart of the resort ! Vey very very skichey
