Aug 19, 2025Controlled eating that is not 24/7 inclusive. The worst resort that I have ever been to.
The entertainment was professional, the room had black mole on the ceiling and the ac unit. They won’t let you take food to the rooms even if you have a sick diabetic spouse needing an evening meal. The mgr Laurent wouldn’t go get fruit for me as I shook in the lobby area. I ended up passing out shortly after leaving the property. I’m an expat and I live in Panama and wanted to try out an all inclusive resort around here. DONT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE MEDICAL ISSUES!!!!!

We regret to express our disappointment with the accommodations. The rooms did not align with the representations in the provided imagery, and the ventilation systems exhibited significant soiling. Furthermore, the television sets were outdated.

Great service. My main complaint is the temperature in the restaurants and bars. Please change the air conditioner temperature in those places. Temperature was great in my room. I hated going to eat and then start to sweat while sitting there. All of the employees are polite and do an excellent job. But it's too hot in the restaurants.

Ive been going to this resort for years, is always my best one option for all the amenities and hospitality, everything on point, room and sorroundings super clean, food was quality, varied and tasty, drinks the same, Highly Recommended.👌
