The resort was outstanding: entertainment superb, restaurants and bars excellent, and hotel's services same. The Luigi's restaurant was so good that I recommend if you like Italian, the manager Tomas always provided an elite service.

Great Fun
We’re just back from RIU Palace Punta Cana, everything was as advertised, room very comfortable, food was great (especially the hand made omelette for breakfast) and the adult pool bar had a great vibe. Special thanks to Wander (restaurant) Yenifer (animation team) and Jose (pool guy) for making our stay one to remember. We will return. Paul & Julia.

Really nice resort!!! Clean and very friendly staff. Cons: Need more chairs at pool, people selling things on the beach very pushy and mattress was hard as a rock.

Lovely Relaxing Holiday
You can't go wrong with Riu Hotels and this one didn't disapoint. The staff were warm and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble, great service and good entertainment. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and they went out of their way to make it special. I could nit pick about a couple of things but they are so minor (e.g. a better view, a bit of themed music in the restaurants for a better atmosphere) although they're hardly worth mentioning. All in all, a lovely relaxing holiday with some winter sun.
