    Great Hotel - Cannot Fault

    Stayed here a couple of weeks ago and the staff could not do enough for us. Hotel was really clean, the room was huge & the food in the restaurants was lovely One thing to watch for is people getting drunk in the swim up bar, witnessed quite a few people being asked to leave the pool area for being too drunk

    I would come back but things must be fixed

    As an in-house guest I went to Al’s a question. I went straight to the desk. A lady was there and I was waiting for her to notice me. Then another guest came to me and was waiting behind me. The front desk lady noticed her and asked her if she could help her. I told her I had been waiting and she told me no because I was not at the spot where it says “line starts here” Thankfully the other guest told her I was there waiting otherwise she would have denied to see me until I moved two steps back. Very stupid

    Riu Peninsula Vaca

    People were great, friendly, and courteous. The only downside on staying in the Villas is when they have the white, pink and other foam parties on the Riu next door the people coming back on the late one are extremely loud as well as the music in the Villa pool.

    Excellent and amazing customer service!

    Service is Exceptional from rooms to restaurants. The adult pool was very entertaining and the customer service was 100%! Bartender Guzman was very engaging and had excellent customer service! He will remember you the following day and your favorite drink! Great Service! Highly recommended!
