    Absolutely amazing

    We stayed at Riu for our 25 year anniversary and it was amazing. The room was very nice, the food was all delicious! We even had lobster tails at the included dinner buffet! I have never met so many nice people, locals included!! We participated in the shows and even made some new friends. We were not ready to leave at all. The weather and water was perfect! Can't wait to stay again!

    What a stunning place!!!

    This was our first time in the Bahamas, but not our first time staying in Riu resorts. As always, the staff was phenomenal, the food was superb, and the atmosphere was incredible!!! Our next trip will be Belize, I haven’t checked yet, but I hope Riu has a resort there!!!

    Nice Overall, Rooms Outdate and Food was just ok

    This was a nice stay over all. The good: Staff was wonderful! The pool area and beach are very nice. Drink (alcohol) selection is better than most all inclusives. The bad: The rooms are very outdated. The beds are extremely old and pillows flat as can be. They gave 2 flat pillows and no blanket on a king bed. It was a sheet and a empty coverlet....We had rusting on our mirror and light fixtures which can be expected but it also an easy fix. A new bed and pillows would go a long way for comfort of guests. The restaurant food was not that good. We enjoyed the buffet for breakfast and dinners and cancelled 2 of our dinner reservations after 2 were just not that great. Overall would give it 3.5 stars.

    Good stay at the RIU Paradise-Island

    Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the RIU. The staff and service were amazing. The food was above average for an all inclusive resort. We would recommend this resort to anyone traveling to the Bahamas.
