    Amazing experience

    My husband and I stayed at the Riu Resort Kukulkan in June and absolutely had a great time! The resort was stunning, the atmosphere was peaceful, and everyone on staff was incredibly kind and helpful. 💛 There was a little seaweed on the beach, but the staff worked hard every day to keep it clean—we really appreciated their effort! 🌊 waves were rough. We had one minor issue with our shower, but maintenance came quickly and fixed it right away. Great service and hospitality overall. Truly a relaxing and memorable getaway. We’d definitely come back! ☀️🌴

    High quality and high value

    We were celebrating a college class reunion. It was a multi-year/multi-generational reunion. The resort was very accommodating to us all. We’d definitely visit Rui Cancun again.

    A very relaxing time - beautiful beach, great staff

    My wife and I just returned from a very relaxing stay at this property. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and left extremely impressed with the kindness of the staff, the quality of the food, the availability of drinks of all kinds, and the beauty of the beach (even though sargassum was an issue at times, they do a good job cleaning it away as much as possible). We paid the extra fee for the elite club which gave us access to a generally less crowded pool, a room with a beautiful view of the ocean, the ability to reserve restaurants and top shelf liquor in our room and at the bars. I think it was worth it. Compliments especially to Arturo the bartender, a super nice guy who does an amazing job and introduced me to the wonders of the mezcalita cocktail. He also happily learned and prepared a cocktail for me that he hadn't made before - he's clearly passionate about his work. All of the staff was top rate, but particular kudos to Alondra and Bella in the restaurants. The only negative was a staff member in training whose incorrect info caused me to cancel a rental car I had booked - losing the deposit. He assured me there was no guest parking at the resort (I discovered the next day that there is a free garage below the property for guests).

    Excellent staff. Boutique resort with exceptional value. They do what they do very well. Happy staff, good food and drinks. Atmosphere a plus!
