  Service is awesome!

  The hotel was well kept and maintained constantly. The staff are hard working and everyone one of them were polite and always smiling. We enjoyed the food and the drinks were great as well. The entertainment crew were fun but unfortunately they didn’t have many shows at night at the hotel when we were there. We typically like to have dinner and some drinks then walk to the theater and enjoy a good show but that didn’t happen here, the main shows required us to get on a bus and go to another resort to watch. Didn’t like that much. The highlight of our trip was our experience with some of the crew. They were friendly and made our time there special. Everytime I’d walk by them they same my name and give a wave! The notable crew that deserve a shout out are, Eddy from Lobby bar, he was great always greeting us and asking if we needed anything, Adrian and Jeronimo (bartenders at lobby bar) were also fantastic and treated us like family. Our waiter by the pool, Micheal was awesome, didn’t even need to ask for a drink, he was on top of it. By the time my drink was almost empty he was bringing me or my wife a new one. Lastly, Elidio, not sure I spelt that right but he was a main waiter we had in a couple restaurants, well he is one of the best we’ve had. Always on top of everything and super attentive. They all deserve recognition for their service! Without them our trip may not have need so great.

  Beautiful.. like paradise

  Everything a resort should be. Wish it had a laundromat on the premises. But overall everything was awesome.

  So so!

  I would give this resort a 3 due to the type of guests, the pools and the noise. I know the guests are out of their control. The swim up bar is as so bad their in house security has to stand by the pool most of the day due to the crazy extremely intoxicated guests. Twice I saw people vomit by the pool and one person could even walk they were so drunk. Nobody gets out of that pool all day. They just stand there drinking and peeing in the pool. We had an ocean view room. That’s are along the back closest to the street. The noise from the street is VERY loud and it is all night long. Plus, the drunk guests coming in at 3:00 am. We could hear the entire conveyor our next door neighbors when they were in the shower and having sex. There isn’t much to do in the evenings. Some nights there are shows but not every night. The food was ok. The staff are wonderful and it’s very clean. Shout out to Oscar at the steakhouse and Asian restaurant. He was an excellent waiter, better than high end yin the US. The beach service guys were great too. Overall it’s Mexico and we had a decent vacation.

  Best VAC

  Roger and Darwin at the sports lounge and Ederson at the buffet were wonderful. They made our trip even more memorable. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming.. The food was excellent except for the Italian restaurant---food was burnt. The rooms were well cleaned and very nice. Thank you for the exceptional house cleaning department people.

  Greatly enjoyed my stay!

  We had a wonderful time. The hotel was beautiful the staff was all very friendly and helpful. Our room was not a great view but that is what we signed up for. We were not in the room much because there was always something to do or experience. We went with friends who opted for the rooms with better views and they were AMAZING! Overall loved the experience and grateful for the time we had there!!!
