    Very comfortable

    Went with a group of 6. Each couple loved their room. Beds are firm, which I love, but the pillows were pretty floppy. Bath tub in the middle of the room is very fun and inviting. The room was honestly perfect. The point off for sleep was load foghorns (not your fault, but very frustrating) and the wafting smoke from the balconies. All of the service was amazing: check-in, luggage assistance, room service, cleaning, bartenders, servers, barista, etc…all amazing, fun, friendly people. The food is good, but not great overall. There are some places better than others. The Italian and Steakhouse restaurants are the best. The drinks, however, are fantastic! Loved all the slushy cocktails and tequila shots. Also, an iced latte every morning…I can’t even go back to real coffee. RIP bacon every morning. The pools and beach are very well kept and comfortable. Get up early to get good chairs. We enjoyed the pool activities and beach volleyball. Angel was the absolute best! We did wish there was more karaoke; that was our favorite late-night activity. We were interested in the casino night, but it was way too early and it wasn’t very approachable. All things considered, we had a beautiful vacation, enjoyed fantastic sunny weather, got pampered, and had a blast. We would recommend both this resort and Riu in general. Both are consistently great.

    The resort was great! All the people were fantastic. we were treated with kindness and respect by everyone we encountered. We are looking forward to returning soon.

    Excellent choice.

    Wonderful adults only resort. Specialty restaurants were great. Service was also great. Antonio at the door of the Krystal restaurant was especially good. Very friendly every time he was encountered. Also, Emmanuel one of the waiters by the pool was excellent with his service. The resort was very clean and service was great. Food at the buffet could've been hotter but the deserts were super.

    Cancun Trip

    We had an amazing time at the RIU hotel everyone was so friendly and very helpful ! The food was so delicious and so many options to choose from. The events were so fun and we like how everyone is involved . It’s a beautiful place and will definitely be coming back !
