    Wonderful sis in law birthday weekend.

    We had a wonderful time. Second time staying at this location. We enjoyed it just as much as the first time!! We plan to stay at every RIU location!!!

    Excellence Hotel

    We were there for four days celebrating our 29th anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed it. The place was clean and tidy, with first-class service. Saul, at the front desk and at the Don Julio buffet restaurant, was kind and attentive, making the place exceptional. Cocom, serving drinks by the pool, is also a great host. See photos below.

    Very nice newer adults only resort

    Had a great time. Karen, the supervisor, from the Elite restaurant went above and behind with her customer service. Go see her and say Hi. You'll have a great time at the resort. The sarcasm on the beach was pretty bad so if you want to walk on the beach be aware.

    50 year anniversary

    Riu palace kukulkan is a 5 star resort rooms are all very nice and the maid service was great. We travel a good bit, and we’re very happy with drinks and bar service, Food at all of the restaurants was great an we were there 12 days. Alexander at the steak house is a great waiter and not to down the other waiters because they were all nice and work had to keep you happy. The lady that does the Riu booking for tours and transportation was very helpful to set up our snorkel tip. But one os the a star reps. Vas very rude while we were working with the Riu rep. Will book with this resort again,

    Awesome Vacation

    Everything we needed and beautiful resort. We hung out by the pool with the bar and enjoyed our shade covered loungers while sipping our refreshing adult beverages! Buffet was our favorite meal there, but all the restaurants were excellent. Go early if you want the Italian Restaurant! They filled up early and they didn't allow reservations unless you are an elite member. We still got in with a 45 minute wait, which our only wait the whole week. The staff is all very friendly and excel at customer service. Lots of seaweed, but they had equipment and workers cleaning it all week. Perfect little getaway!
