Best vacation ever! This hotel is excellent! Staff very friendly especially at checkin with Paulina. She goes out of her way to give you the best room possible. Very good clientele service. The food, very delicious and a big variety for all tastes. Seafood, Italian, Asiatique, salads, deserts ect… only one word WOW!! The rooms very clean and smell fresh and very clean! Mini bar filled every day with several bottles of water, Pepsi and Diet Pepsi,mineral water, tonic water, and 5 cans of bear!! There is also bottles of rum, tequila, gin and vodka. Beautiful beach, you can walk for hours. Not so many big waves so you can bring a floater to use in the water. Jungle, white and pink parties! Very nice shows and entertainment. Good internet speed too. The only negative thing is no bar by the beach, but they have people who serve you. I would give it a six stars 😊 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

1 week in paradise
Really nice hotel, the food is good, everything is super clean and everyone of the staff wants to make you feel like you are in paradise! A big thank you to Cecilia, our waittress at the lounge and also to Patricia, our housekeeper who did a little surprise in the room for my boyfriend’s birthday. Carlos at the buffet, and Dani at the animation, really nice energy!! We recommend this place:)

Best time....no regrets!!!!!
We initially booked Planet Hollywood and were slightly disappointed when the booking was cancelled, but we needn't have been, we loved everything!!! The room was great, bed smaller than at home but not an issue, and this is the only slight negative! Pool areas are great, so many sun beds, you never have to worry! Beach is lovely, and the views over the beach from the pools are beautiful. The staff are so attentive and never ever stop working, it's all immaculate! Special praise and much thanks to Luis and Tomy in the pool bar, Pepe and Jesus for entertaining us! Food was great! Steak restaurant not as good as we hoped but Japanese amazing!!! Loved the buffet and Pepe's for a bit of lunch. Honestly loved our holiday!!!Sarah Simon and Oscar...x Only slight thing ....metal sun beds with fixed arms in the sun get really hot and makes getting out really difficult!!! #firstworldproblem though.... Thank you!!!

This place is beautiful. The cleaning staff does an amazing job ensuring not even one leaf is left on a path. The pictures don't do it justice as it is actually breathtaking and well laid out. Some cons: needs more and better shaded areas. Some areas are absolutely scorching including the handrails on the stairs (not great). Beds are rather firm and you'll need to request additional pillows. Some signs of wear and tear that seem small but should be addressed like broken toilet backs or sinks Some Pros: this list could go on and on but really the staff is unbelievable At the lounge ask for Cecelia. Pool: ask for Jerry, Alex or Miguel All the service from these made the stay great. Restaurants: all great but Krystal was definitely our favorite. Overall great stay and would recommend
