Marroquín provided us with outstanding service at the Krystal restaurant at Riu Palace Costa Mujeres. His professionalism, courtesy, and excellent manners made a clear difference in our dining experience. He made us feel genuinely welcome and well taken care of throughout the evening. His attention to detail, knowledge of the menu, and calm, friendly approach reflect a very high level of service. Experiences like this truly enhance a stay. Exceptional Service and Beautiful Resort Experience
We recently stayed at the RIU Palace Costa Mujeres in Cancun and had a wonderful experience! Despite some windy and rainy weather, the resort was absolutely beautiful, and the staff truly made our stay memorable. A huge shoutout to Adrian in customer service and Sharon, the manager, who went above and beyond to help us, especially when we needed to modify our reservation due to my daughter getting sick. Their kindness and understanding really made a difference. One piece of constructive feedback: during the Christmas season, the buffet felt a bit small for the crowd. It might be helpful to consider opening a second buffet, as some other RIU Palace locations do, to better accommodate the number of guests and reduce wait times. Overall, we had an amazing time and the team made sure we felt cared for. Highly recommend this resort!

Elizabeth at the sports bar was the best waitress we had! The bar tender Tono made the best drinks and they both did amazing!

Wonderful Famiiy Vacation
We are on day 9 of our 10 day vacation and this resort is amazing! Don’t believe any of the negative reviews. Come with an open mind and relax and enjoy. The service is top notch and all the employees work so hard and always have a smile on their face and this is with minimal tips. Great food, service, very clean facilities and the beach, pools and water parks are great. They hustle here so please bring $1’s and tip when you can. They don’t expect it but are so happy when you do. I have worked in the hotel industry for 20+ years selling mid to luxury tier properties so am definitely more picky and I have been really amazed at the cleanliness and level of service. Thank you to the incredible team here for making our family vacation a memorable one.

This is probably the worst family all inclusive I’ve been to. You guys can go to better ones with a better experience. The buffet a restaurants was very mediocre - not 5 class. The rooms were also not that nice. If you try to call room service they take forever to answer and they only have sandwiches and nachos on the menu. Do not stay here. Go somewhere else with better food and amenities .
