Had an amazing stay and great service all around! Rene was our favorite bartender out at the pool and we loved seeing him everyday for our stay! All of the food was delicious and everything was amazing!!

Family Vacation
This was our first all inclusive experience. Overall the property and staff was fantastic. The staff was friendly, attentive, and you could tell they wanted you to have a great experience. The food establishments were clean and had a great selection. And the room was really nice and had great beverage options! The only area I felt lacked the wow factor was the nightly entertainment. It felt like an after thought, but the setup had a lot of potential.

Everything as expected.
Everything as expected. Everywhere was clean all the time. Everything was easily accessible. Only improvement would be maybe better food but it was good enough and very plentiful. Everyone was very friendly as well.

Fantastic pool. Lots to look at.Ocean is off bounds.
Fantastic pool. Guests are NOT permitted to enter the ocean as it's too dangerous. The food was average for a 5 star. This area brags they only get 11 days of rain per year. In town I thought about buying a $1400. belt. Like I said thought about it. It isn't what it was 10 years ago. Been there done that.

First all inclusive trip for us!
We love everything . The people . Service , food.. the only complaint we have was we reported there was no hot water in the bathtub on day one and several times after and it never got addressed. But we were extremely satisfied.
