We had a great trip. Would come back for sure. Service, staff, cleanliness were wonderful! The buffet was one of the best I’ve had at all-inclusive resorts.

This property is absolutely gorgeous. The type of place you enjoy rest, great food and premium drinks. There are a few negatives to consider (1) the beach is NOT swimmable but the infinity pools more than make up for that and (2) the entertainment is UBER LOUD 80s rock geared toward old NON-DIVERSE people. The music was so loud and annoying nightly until about midnight. So if that is not your thing request a room as far away from entertainment as possible and hopefully you won't hear it, good luck! Oh! (3) Please do not rely on room service the selections are bare and laughable at best.

A True Palace
My boyfriend and I stayed 9 nights 10 days April 15-24th, and had an overall lovely experience at the hotel. The theme parties are very fun, and are a big attraction at the RIU resorts. Although some of the staff seemed to be overworked, Kevin at the front desk was phenomenal at check in, and our waiter Aldo at breakfast every morning was FANTASTIC! I would suggest this hotel to those looking for a fun getaway, and I am sure in the future we ourselves will go back! Pro tip, even if you’re not a fan of seafood, check out the seafood restaurant, they had a delightful braised beef that my mouth is still watering for!!!

Spotless
Love how clean Riu Palace keeps their properties. We've always found the food to be above average for an All Inclusive resort. Would like to suggest having a rinse off "shower" closer to the beach walkway.
