What can I say. Fabulous. I'm sat in the hotel foyer, and the staff are nothing short of wonderful. In the face of a potentially devastating storm, the staff in this hotel remain courteous, and lovely

Fantastic stay at Riu Palace Aquarelle
Travelled oct20-27 and were saddened to have to leave 2 days early due to Hurricane Melissa. Start to finish this resort delivers. If you are looking for a Four Seasons property, go to one. If you want to have a wonderful time whether a family with children or just a couple this resort is great. You can find a quiet corner to chill or you can dance and party like a kid again. The staff are all excellent. You give them kindness and respect and you will receive it back in spades. Do not hesitate to book this resort.

A must go!
This is our second time at Riu aquarelle and it’s just as amazing as the first time. The staff are lovely … some need a minute to warm up but once they see you are good people they treat you so well! My husband does not drink and they make sure they have zero Heineken everywhere we go on the resort bc it can be hard to get. The food is very good as well. The entertainment staff is second to none. Make sure you see the Jamaican show! The talent is unreal! The beach is beautiful and we definitely recommend taking a long walk to see public beach. It’s actually very private and it’s gorgeous. While you’re there once you pass the vendors there is a hut where husband and wife (Sean and Vanessa) do the most amazing massages! We’ve seen them now two years in a row and it’s the best massage we’ve had anywhere and they are wonderful people. As for restaurants on resort, Krystal is the best! Asian is pretty good too and the steakhouse is great! Check out this resort. You’ll love it!

Fantastic Experience – Amazing Staff and Unforgettable Entertainment! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
From start to finish, our stay was absolutely wonderful! The entire team made us feel so welcome and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. A huge thank you to the waiters and bartenders, who were always friendly, attentive, and quick with a smile (and a delicious drink!). The pool staff kept everything spotless and organized, making it easy to relax and enjoy the sunshine without a worry. But the biggest shout-out goes to the entertainment team – they were simply incredible! Their energy, enthusiasm, and talent kept everyone engaged and smiling from morning to night. Every show and activity was filled with laughter and good vibes. You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and it made all the difference in our experience. We left with amazing memories and can’t wait to come back. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so special – you’re the heart of this resort! ❤️

Week in Paradise
We had a great experience at RIU Aquarelle last week. The staff was phenomenal! We said the people made this vacation. Specifically, Dr. Nelson our beach server (10/10), Troya in the buffet (10/10), and Spark whose last day was Thursday from the RIU Fun crew(10/10). I would 100% return. The pros are: great rooms, plentiful beach/pool chairs, drinks were top notch, service was great. The cons: not a lot of activities for teenagers, not a populated area (nothing to walk to other than straw market.
