Did NOT Disappoint!!
RIU Palace Antillas was AMAZING!! My husband and I were celebrating our 20th Wedding Anniversary, and so glad we came here!! Let's go through the list of things that people generally look for in an All Inclusive Resort. - Cleanliness ... was exceptional! No bugs at all! The hotel room smelled sooo clean when we first walked in. The staff are always cleaning the washrooms and the grounds inside and outside. - Restaurants ... there are NO Reservations here for the A-La-Cartes. Simply wait in line for about 30 mins and you will get a pager like the restaurants here. Not a big deal really... the steakhouse was totally worth the wait!! The Buffet has a huge variety of foods that everyone can enjoy. Dietary items such as gluten free and vegan options were also available at the buffet. Fresh omlettes for breakfast, fresh fruit, pancakes, waffles, French toast, bacon, ham, sausage, freshly sliced turkey, cereals, yogurt, fresh bread. Yes maple syrup, ketchup, nutella, and peanut butter were always available! Dinner offered a Made to order pasta station, fish, shrimp and lots of shrimp and many different meat options such as beef, chicken, pork, lamb & veal. Decadent Desserts and more!! The A-la-cartes - Steakhouse and Italian were awesome. The French was good too, but we didn't get to try the Arubian. All Restaurants at this resort are fantastic!! The menus do change, so be sure to switch it up. The drinks are icy and/or mixed well on ice at the main lobby and pool bar. The shows were entertaining and on site in their club/lounge/theatre. There is a White Night & Neon Night on the Friday, so bring and outfit!! It's a 10 minute walk to the centre of the hotel strip where there are plenty of restaurants to eat off site if you choose. ARUBA is a place where we felt VERY SAFE leaving the resort. The beach is on Palm Beach and was therapy for me. The water was beautiful. Calming. Next time, we will head down to Eagle beach for another beautiful experience. If you get a chance to do an Excursion, Baby Beach was stunning. De Palm Island we chilled with the flamingos for several hours. Bring Water Shoes!!! If I can say just ONE thing about this resort...is that I wasn't a huge fan of the bed. It was a little too firm for me, but my husband liked it. That's it really. We will definitely be returning to the RIU Palace Antillas for our next time away as a couple. The staff were very friendly, and I just wanted to share that this resort Did NOT Disappoint!!!

Honeymoon
We loved the Riu! The room was beautiful, food was great; buffet and room service were well used by us!! The only thing about the property that was not 5 stars was other guests using personal Bluetooth speakers by the pool and on the beach, especially with the pools music going at the same time.

First visit to Aruba
Our first visit to Aruba was wonderful. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and the food is great. We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends. It is our second holiday using the RIU resorts and we will continue to use them. We had a great time.

Loved the new ELITE Club Program
The new Elite Club Program is amazing. Great room with a Smart TV, top shelf liquor, Elite aromatherapy, and even snacks! The Elite Club Lounge is beautiful and has the best drinks made with top shelf liquor. The Elite Club Restaurant is amazing. The food is delicious! The Elite Club pool is quiet and private with it's own bar with top shelf liquor.

Don't waster your money on this hotel!
The hotel was dirty. It supplied only 1 towel per guest. Upon check-in, we were told to get online early to eat because when they run out, it's gone. The snack bar was scarce, and the pool was dirty. We have stayed in all-inclusive in Mexico that were friendly and clean! This was our first trip to Aruba. I will never stay here again!
