    Amazing Stay

    My first experience with RIU was absolutely amazing! The lobby was beautiful and modern, the property was gorgeous, service was great, and the rooms immaculate! I’ll definitely stay with RIU again, and if you are considering, go ahead, it’s worth it!

    Nice get away

    Had lots of fun. Was a very relaxing vacation. Not big on turn up like its neighbor tropical bay was. But I really enjoyed myself food was great.. Beach was amazing,

    Excellent Hotel. Hotel staff were friendly. The beach was amazing. Food was great and there was a lot to choose from. Overall a very clean place.

    Natasha, who works at the sports bar, is by far your most friendly and attentive employee. She is an excellent professional who made our stay at the Riu Negril Hotel even more spectacular! Congratulations, Natasha! and it also makes the best espresso coffee in Jamaica!!!

    60th Birthday

    My stay at your resort was superb. I only had a few disappointments one. I did not know that the sleeping accommodations were so far away from the main area like the lobby and the eating places next time I would have to request accommodations a little closer for my husband as he walks with a cane. Second disappointment, my Gucci slide was inadvertently shoved under the bed by housekeeping. I knew it was under there and I was supposed to go under the bed to get it with my husband‘s cane, but I forgot and I was all the way back in the USA, I called the hotel six times. Nobody seem to know where the slide was. I was in room 2264 even Shanae the clerk that day said the room had not been occupied, but nobody could say where the Gucci slide was and that was a little bit of disappointment for me. As I was going to arrange for a driver to pick the shoe up and mail it to me the slide cost $500.
