    Food

    The issues I had was that there wasn't any room service because the only food spot that served late night to early morning was very far from the room and the room was at the 3rd floor without any elevator plus we had to go back for our luggages after 2 hours because bellmen were limited and we needed some stuff from the luggages but the workers were nice and service was great especially the front desk and bartenders they were warm and inviting. A big shout out to the house keepers as wells for keep the room clean and smelling nice. I would come back.

    AMAZING

    My family and I stayed here from April 20th-27th, and couldn't of had a better experience! the entertainment crew (namely Shadow and Shackile) was so attentive, kind, and hospitable. Everything about my experience was perfect and i would 100% recommend this hotel!

    My RIU Experience

    My stay was a good experience. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the property, the service provided by the staff and the nightly entertainment. Especially your Thursday All White Party. My only disappointment was the lack of a night club to go after your entertainment ended each night. Your food was also very good. I did not get my RIU Class upgrade so I was disappointed. hopefully you will make it up to me on my next visit. Otherwise it was a very good stay
