    Great stay

    We loved everything about this resort and it’s close to a lot of stores and not to far from the hip hop strip where the clubs area

    Best vacation ever!!

    The entertainment was so good. Everyone was friendly, “Kevon” is one of a kind!!! He made our stay perfect. Always had a smile and could dance all night. “Titi” and “Blondi” were great as well we will definitely come back just because of them. Great job!!!

    Horrible,WORST HOLIDAY EVER

    From the moment I arrived? My so called ‘Holiday’ turn into a nightmare! I have a disability, that tui had made clear on my booking. And have trouble climbing Stairs(No lifts at the resort either). They have me a Room that was at the top villa and far away from the building, I spent 2 night in this room and spoke to my tui rep, who was Fab, only downside was-i received a text message, telling me to pack my belongings and go to reception for my new Room card!Well I followed the “message” and only to be told there was no recording on my booking saying change rooms, that will meet customers needs. So they then tell me the new room wouldn't be ready until after 3pm, I said you what!(in shock) and to hand my current Room Card in. I said NO I'm not moving out of my room until my new rooms ready. The cheeky reception Lady replied saying-You can hang around and sit in the lobby, until its ready for you! At breakfast time, it was stressfu, as the staff wouldn't leave you alone🫣. Cocktail sausages (not usual siz), beans tasted horrible Signs were not clear,showing you the beach. Entertainment was poor neon party was awful. Had to listen to Jamaica music all day. All I did for most of the trip,was stay in my room! Didn’t try the water park I WOULDNT RECOMEND staying here. Save your money and look else where for a trip-NOT WORTH £2000 for a week

    Fun times

    I must confess, I was a little worried at first, because of some mixed reviews with noise. Let me start by saying, it's a very lively atmosphere that keeps you engaged if you want to be. The staff, from housekeeping (Thank you Stephanie!), bar staff (never had you waiting long, making some drinks that packed a punch, not that watered down stuff. The entertainment team is amazing. I don't think they ever have time off. If I didn't see them on the beach, they were at the pool or on stage, but they go all day simply amazing. They kept you engaged in plenty of activities. I even enjoyed the slide at the multiple pools they have off you just want to relax and not be bothered. Food was alright, but I'm a pickey eater. The speciality restaurants ( Sophie ) were better to me, but overall it's buffet style, and everything is all inclusive no upcharge to eat a restaurant. Only draw back is the distance to get to other cities. I don't recommend arranging excursion and transportation separately if going to Negril, a taxi ride will run you $200 -$240usd so be prepared if you do it that way. The hotel overall was kept up and clean. I will be going back next year but maybe a riu, closer to Negril.

    Hotel stay

    I enjoyed my time here at the resort. The cleanliness was up to par, the resort had a lot of different activities and parties going on everyday that was enjoyable. The food at the buffet and restaurant was also pretty good for resort food.
