Exceptional Experience – Highly Recommended! From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were warm, professional, and incredibly attentive to every detail. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, with complimentary drinks offered upon arrival. Our room was immaculate, elegantly designed, and offered stunning views. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the housekeeping service kept everything spotless throughout our stay. We appreciated the luxurious touches like high-end toiletries, plush robes, and a well-stocked minibar. The facilities were outstanding — the pool area was serene and beautifully maintained, the spa services were top-tier, and the on-site restaurants offered a variety of delicious cuisine, with impeccable service. Location-wise, the hotel is conveniently situated near [insert local attractions or features if needed], but it still felt like a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. A special thank you to the concierge team, who went above and beyond to make reservations and offer helpful local tips.

Cleanest resort by far!
My husband and I were there for 6 nights. While the hotel is a little further from the airport than the hotel zone it is WORTH the drive up! The resort is stunning, staff is so friendly and helpful. We primarily stayed in the swim up bar on the left side of the property (less crazy) and Casear was the BEST (by day 2 he knew our drink and kept our glasses always full! Food was decent (Italian was by far our favorite). If you're looking for a relaxing vacation resort (not too crazy) this is the place! Highly recommend.

Great for groups!
We had group of 12. It was small enough to keep track of everyone. Had no issues getting seated for dinners or finding spots at the pool for everyone! The cleanest hotel I think I have ever stayed at!

Great resort
I highly recommend this resort. Food was great. 6 pools. Buffet food was awesome. We only ate at restaurant one time the buffet food was so good. Rooms were semi basic, but ocean view rooms are great.

The location is perfect, just north of Cancun. We had a private SUV service between the Airport and the Hotel. Check-in was effortless, although we arrived around 10 pm. Gaby at the front desk was great. She was professional, and informative, with a pleasant smile. She was there every time we went to the front desk and was always smiling. We had an Ocean Front King, which was very spacious and clean. The bed was so comfortable. The service was good, and all the staff had a great attitude. The evening shows were awesome, from the 3 Mexican tenors, to a type of Cirque du Soleil, plus Karaoke . Cons ... the food was just okay. Expected better from a 4.5-star resort. We ate at the buffet 2 out of the 3 mornings we stayed, just because it wasn't my kind of food and the quality wasn't that good. We ate at Milan (Italian) twice because they had a fresh salad bar and a small à la carte menu. The Beef Filet was the best meal I ate here (8/10) We tried the Geisha (Asian) restaurant, and the menu looked so much better than the buffet-style food. Didn't sit well either. Our last night we returned to Milan with new friends, and I got Lasagna. I should have stuck with the steak. Didn’t try the steakhouse because our friends’ reviews didn’t make it sound appealing. Unfortunately, “Appropriate attire is required for dinner" was not really enforced. The pool bars were great for hanging out and the bar team, Brian and Cesar were awesome. When they were extremely busy, they still made sure we were taken care of. The Alcohol was more so 3-star with Jim Bean and Captain Morgan the top shelf options. The Water Slides were AWESOME and FUN… But you must remove all rings, earrings, necklaces and bracelets before you can have fun. I had multiple bracelets/bands on my right wrist, and they physically untied my bracelets for me but didn’t care about the resort bracelet which was on the same wrist. I was not happy! Just sign a waiver, so it’s much easier! Overall … a great hotel with well-kept grounds and good value for the money. The staff are friendly, and the entertainment was great. The all-inclusive (food and drinks), although plentiful, was not the best. With so many other options in the area and Mexico, I doubt I’d return to the Riu Latino.

3. If a Student / Spring Breaker Group is accepted:
a. The number of rooms will be deducted from the contracted allotments
b. Minimum Age requirement: 21 years of age or older.
