    Great time during our family trip!

    This is our second time at the Riu Emerald Bay. Our family loves the hotel and location. It has everything for the kids to enjoy: beach, a lot of pools, water park, and a kids club.

    Great Vacation

    Everyone at the Riu Emerald Bay, were the best, we were treated like VIPs. The staff were the best. The resort is wonderful we enjoyed everything from the food, pools, the beach and live music in the evenings. Would love to return.

    Very nice week away

    Stayed for a week from May 10th to 17th and had a enjoyable stay Rooms were clean and comfortable and the rest of the resort was kept immaculately spotless. The provided shuttle from the airport was quick and efficient and we were checked in by Anna Marie the PR manager ,she was very friendly and helpful during our stay. We found the food to be generally good ,but can have some empty trays at peek time ,a couple of small issues which included the poached eggs (looks like they filled the tray at opening and then left it until it was empty which left them very hard and almost inedible, also there was a lack of whole fruit apples,oranges and bananas . There is a OXXO and some souvenir stands about a 6 minute walk to the left of the entrance. We had an enjoyable stay and will probably return this winter
