  All was good. But, you should have better entertainment, not lively enough, staff didn’t understand English….more smoking areas with shelter. The hotel is very clean, service very good. I enjoyed my stay.

  Holiday in Mexico

  Lovely place staff were really friendly and helpful . Very clean everywhere our room was lovely . Gardens were stunning and well maintained. We found the food brilliant we had read reviews where people said it was not good but we found it to be very good and plenty of choice. Eva our waitress was so lovely and helpful such a lovely person. Sports bar was really good also and Sateargo ( I’ve probably spelt that incorrectly) served us each evening he was friendly and very helpful. Not many negatives for us water pressure in the shower could have been higher but that is minor we had a brilliant stay. The beach was stunning also and staff checked if you wanted a drink regularly whilst on the beach. We have stayed in Mexico before this hotel is quite out of the way so you would need to go on organised trips if you wanted to explore. We were happy just to spend our time in the hotel and use pools and beach. Also used the gym Which was well equipped.

  Great hotel

  Overall Rating is 4.5 out of 5 stars We had a wonderful stay at this resort and would happily come back. Everyone we met was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming, which made the experience feel easy and enjoyable from start to finish. A special thank you to a couple of the staff. Ricardo Morales, who was wonderful in taking care of our requests and always did so with a smile. We’d also like to thank the reception team, especially Their service really helped make our stay special. Martin Ortega Perez from the comedor department, who was always friendly, accommodating, and professional. Check-in was a breeze. Gina and Harry assisted us and were both very friendly and professional. Our room was bright, comfortable, and a great size for our family of three adults. It had a king bed and a queen sofa bed, along with an LED TV, ceiling fan, and air conditioning — everything worked well. One thing we really loved was the bathroom layout. The toilet was completely separate from the shower area, which was very convenient. There was also a double sink and a spacious walk-in shower. Both hot and cold water worked well, with good water pressure. A big shout-out to the housekeeping team because our room was spotless! Everything was clean and well maintained, and we really appreciated coming back to such a fresh and comfortable room each day. The mini fridge was also a nice surprise. It was taller than most hotel mini fridges and came fully stocked with four large bottles of water, plenty of beer, and a variety of sodas including Pepsi, 7UP, and Club Soda. The buffet always had a nice variety of food, so there was something for everyone. There were plenty of Mexican favorites like nachos and tacos, along with chicken, pork, beef, and seafood prepared in different ways. They also had steaks, sauced dishes, cooked vegetables, fresh vegetables, and plenty of other options. We never felt short of choices. We really enjoyed Las Brasas. We ordered the salmon, mixed grilled meats, and rib-eye steak. The steaks were cooked exactly as requested, while the salmon was fresh, flaky, and delicious. Our server, Fernando, was friendly, accommodating, and professional. One little tip: go early! There was no lineup when we arrived, but by the time we left, the line had gotten quite long. The Italian restaurant was a nice, comfortable, air-conditioned spot with a good selection of buffet-style appetizers, fruits, pizzas, salads, dried fruits, and desserts. The main dishes were made to order, with plenty of choices including seafood linguine, pan-fried beef pasta, salmon pasta, and chicken Alfredo. The steak was tender and juicy, and the linguine was very good. The salmon paired beautifully with the white sauce. Our server, Fray, was professional and attentive, which made the meal even more enjoyable. Kulinarium was our favorite restaurant at the resort. It was a complete upscale sit-down dining experience, and everything we tried was delicious. The appetizer was a chicken sandwich, which was tasty and a fun start to the meal. We also ordered the pumpkin soup and potato casserole, and both were excellent. The salmon was cooked perfectly — soft, flaky, and paired beautifully with asparagus and caramelized onions. The steak was also cooked exactly as ordered and was soft, juicy, and full of flavor. For dessert, we had the mixed fruit bowl. It was simple and refreshing, but surprisingly, it ended up being one of our favorite desserts of the entire stay. Our server, Maria, was attentive, quick, and friendly. Overall, this was our favorite dining experience at the resort and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The beach was nice and, thankfully, had very little sargassum during our visit. That was definitely a plus! The only downside was that the beach area wasn't particularly large, so the lounge chairs were quite close to the water. It was still enjoyable, although we've visited other resorts with larger and more spacious beaches. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would give the resort 4.5 out of 5 stars. The friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, variety of food, and excellent dining experiences made it a very enjoyable vacation. What stood out most was the service. From reception to housekeeping to the restaurants, we consistently encountered staff who were friendly, professional, and willing to help. There are always a few small things that could be improved, but overall, we had a great time, ate very well, and felt well taken care of throughout our stay. A very enjoyable resort experience!

  Great vacation

  Overall we rate this resort 4.5 out of 5 stars. The resort is well suited for families with kids especially the waterpark area. All the staff we met were very nice and professional. Thanks to Martin Ortega Perez, from departamento comedor, who was very accommodating, friendly and professional. Thanks to the reception staff especially Ricardo Morales, who took care of our requests, was nice, accommodating and professional. They made our overall experience excellent! Check in was a breeze. We were assisted by Gina and Harry and they were both nice and professional. We were given a room right by the waterpark with a partial ocean view, not the best view but good enough. The room was nice, bright and size was comfortable for our family of 3 adults. It had a king bed with a queen sofa bed. The bed had 2 mattresses joined together and was more than enough space for 2 people to sleep in. The actual mattress under the sheets were clean and looked new. For me the bed was comfortable, right in between firm and soft. The room had led tv, ceiling fan and aircon which all worked well. There's a clothes drawer table by the tv and the bed side tables also had a drawer. There's a sliding clothes hanger and they provided enough hangers for us. We loved that the toilet is completely separate from the shower room. It had a double sink and walk in shower. Both the cold and hot water works and the pressure was good. As usual there's an in-room safe, iron, ironing board, additional sheets. Hats off to the staff who prepared our room because the room was spotless. The design and cleanliness of the room was excellent. The mini fridge was taller than most and fully stacked with 4 large water bottles, plenty of beer and different types of sodas including pepsi, 7up, cub soda. The buffet always had a good mix of food. They have Mexican food like nachos and tacos, chicken, pork, beef and seafood cooked different ways including steaks, sauced and they have different types of vegetables both cooked and fresh. The steakhouse Las Brasas was very good too. We ordered the salmon, mixed grilled meat and the rib eye steak. The steaks were cooked as ordered and the salmon was fresh and the meat was perfectly flaky. Our server Fernando was accommodating and professional. A tip is to dine earlier than later because there was no lineup when we arrived and the lineup was quite long when we left. The Italian restaurant was nice and airconditioned. They have a good variety of buffet style appetizers, fruits, pizzas, salads, dried fruits and desserts. Even just the buffet already more than enough as dinner and all the food we tried were tasty and on point. The main dish is made to order with a good variety like seafood linguine, pan fried beef pasta, salmon pasta and chicken alfredo pasta. The steak was excellent tender and juicy. The linguine was also good and the salmon was paired perfectly with the white sauce. Our server Fray was professional. The Kulinarium was excellent. It was a complete upscale sit down dinner. The apertuf was a chicken sandwich and was tasty. We ordered the pumpkin soup and potato casserole and both were delicious. The salmon was cooked perfectly and the meat was soft, flaky and paired with the asparagus and caramelized onion was amazing. The steak was also perfectly cooked as ordered, soft and juicy, and the combination of the gravy, crispy onion and couscous elevated the dish. The desserts were also top both the brownie with ice cream was great and the mixed fruit bowl was simple, refreshing and easily one of the best desserts at the resort. Our server Maria was attentive and quick. Overall this was the best restaurant in the resort. The beach was nice with little sargassum which was great but not much space so the lounge chairs were very close to the water. It was very good but we have been to nicer beaches.
