    Good Hotel - Horrible Experience with Transfer Company (Destination)

    The hotel itself is very good, however my daughter's bag was lost by the Destination Services at the time of transfer. Our transfer was 35 minutes late which caused a lot of stress for us. When the bags were loaded into the minibus, the bag was most likely not loaded and we ended up without it at the airport. It magically disappeared. I called both the hotel and Destination team, they promised to get back to me, however nobody did. After multiple emails and follow-ups with both hotel and Destination services, it's been over 3 weeks without reply. Leaves me thinking that someone stole our bag. Very disappointed.

    Family vacation

    Friendly staff and clean facilities. Front desk very quickly addressed issues I had. Beach was cleaned daily and had plenty of chairs

    Amazing Staff and hotel overall!

    This is a must stay hotel. We first visited in March 2024 and couldn’t wait to return this year. Hotel is clean, well kept and has something for everyone! Staff are so happy, friendly and cannot wait to be part of your holiday.

    Loved our trip !

    We loved our trip to the RIU. We went as a family , it was our daughter’s first trip she’s 2.5 , and she loved it . The little water park was perfect . The food was really good and the beach and pool were very clean . The service was also amazing . The only issue we had was the bed , I think it definitely needs to be replaced !

    Wonderful family hotel

    Very good hotel who does a lot for its customers. Maybe some more diversity in the food would be nice. The location is somewhat off from the center which causes that people are the last stop from excursions. Other than that the beach is amazing, quiet, lovely green and the staff is very friendly. Would recommend it for family vacations!
