    Sun, fun and loud annoying, repetitive music

    Everything is great. But, hope you don't get a room near the RUI parties. The night party is suppose to be from 7pm to 11pm. Today is Saturday with a "Neon" party and it's 11:30pm the the annoying boom, boom,boom keeps thumping!!!! Wtf, end this party. Horrible!!!!!

    RIU Caribe has it all!!

    Just returned from my second stay at this resort. I thought that maybe the first time was just a lucky stay and things were not that good. Nope, it was even BETTER this second time. The beach is spectacular, the food was very good, the parties were crazy good, and the service was impeccable. I will be back again next year. P.S. If you see Antonio in the dining room or Dario (bar help), please send my regards!

    Good service, clean hotel

    A nice renovated hotel on the beach. This was my first time staying at an all inclusive hotel and it was pretty good in my opinion. The beach is very nice, wide and clean. Pools are well maintained and the lifeguard stays close by. Plenty of pool chairs too. The staff are very friendly and service is quick. Housekeeping does a good job too. Our room was clean and had an ocean view balcony which was a nice bonus. The only things i would address for those searching for a hotel: be aware this is more of a party resort. Lots of drunk people (especially americans) will congregate by the pool and it's worst around 4pm-7pm when the pools close. They can be very rowdy so if youre looking for a kid-friendly or calmer trip i would suggest potentially looking at some other hotels. Otherwise, the only minor issue was some of the food was a little lackluster, but there were always things in the buffet every day that were pretty good. We liked Shangri La restaurant and the fancy one (forgot the name). Overall i had a very good time staying here and this would be a very good resort for a group looking to party a bit and lounge at the beach.

    Birthday Trip

    Stayed at the hotel for my partner’s birthday, and we had a great time. The room was clean, the staff was great, and the RIU parties were amazing. The house keeping staff even decorated our room on my partner’s birthday without me telling them it was his birthday. That was very thoughtful. I’m definitely planning another trip soon.

    Amazing - Going back next year !!

    The location was perfect. The food and drinks were excellent and with so much choice. Our room was perfect and cleaned EVERY day including sheet changes, just by asking or using the door tag. No issues with sun loungers either around the pool or on the beach. Overall, the staff were simply amazing. I have never known a more dedicated set of people who put on dazzling shows in the theatre, and routine events every day around the pools with such enthusiasm, and always with a smile. The 'Rui Party' Zone events day & night were simply stunning and outrageous !! I was totally shocked at the amount of effort and work put in by so many staff to put on such a great events! Only one thing to point out. If your between 16-17 or not quite 18 even by a month or two, you can't go to the 'Rui Party' Zone events, which for any young person of that age is VERY disappointing as the experience is something they would totally enjoy, EVEN if they weren't allowed to buy alcohol. It is safe, well managed by security and i saw NO sign of any trouble at all. They keep on top of and constantly watch everything and everyone, which makes it a safe place to be. Maybe a change in the rule to allow 16/17 years old's to enjoy it ?
