Can't say enough good things about the Renaissance Curacao Wind Creek. Awesome location. Superb people. Clean, comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast spread. Perfect pools. Would absolutely stay here again. All the employees at Renaissance Curacao Wind Creek are the best of the best. To name a few: * Riangelo: Fully stocked our room with sodas, sparkling water, and snacks. He simply went above and beyond. Super friendly, patient, knowledgeable, cool, and smooth. Thank you, Riangelo!!! * Amarinis & Isabel: I looked forward to seeing these two awesome people every morning. Not only were they super friendly and kind but they also make the BEST watermelon + pineapple + banana smoothies. If they didn't have the fruit at their station, they went and got it. I craved their smoothies every morning--and still do. Thank you, Amarinis & Isabel!!! * Martina: She is the embodiment of island cool. She is nice. Totally on top of the omelet game. She made the perfect omelet every time. And she's just so nice and cool. Thank you, Martina!!! * Engineering team/Security guards: These guys quickly came on our first night and resolved a very important issue quickly. Then, I saw one of them every day at the security gate. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name. But his vibe is just perfect. I would love to chill with him at a bar. Thank you!!!

Best customer services
I stayed here for my birthday and I have to say Thalia was the Best! She checked us in and her customer service was unmatched. She made me feel so welcome every day I was there. Anything I needed she made sure I received not to mention the upgrade on my beautiful room to an suite. Tiffany was also my favorite girl she decorated my room so pretty. Not only was I surprise it look amazing and made me feel so special for my birthday. I give this hotel 10/10 everything was perfect!! no complaints and I will always stay here when visiting Curacao. The property beach view was breathtaking and the private man made beach scenery was a major highlight. We only ate breakfast at the hotel and every daily it was awesome. A lot to select from and was always hot and fresh! Cant forget the bar staff @ the 5 o'clock bar. They made sure we celebrated my birthday every day all 3 happy hours LOL..I cant post video of the decorations so I screen shot my best. Thank you Renaissance Staff!!

Best Renaissance Yet
The Renaissance Wind Creek is a large, amazing hotel in the heart of downtown Curacao in Willemstad. The amazing staff were all friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the friendly and informative conversations. Steven from the Nautilus was right on point with restaurant suggestions. Zahyra from the front desk was great and if you need you dress buttoned. LOL. Also shout outs to Alexis, Stephany and Elizabeth. The man made beach was a great touch. Plenty of lounge chairs with umbrella huts. The saltwater infinity pool filtered from the ocean was great. Also, the separate pool was nice. We were on the 2nd floor (room 209) which had direct access to the pool and beach deck. Also, there was a Starbucks literally outside our room. LOL. The hotel is surrounded by shopping. There is a nice fitness center. Also, through the fort is an easy walk to the Queen Emma Bridge. Nicely lighted at night. A must walk. After staying in Bonaire, Curacao was all in all an amazing change of pace vacation!!!

Wonderful
Our experience at the Hotel was outstanding. The staff such at Herbert Castillo (Manager), Daianarra Martie (Guest Ambassador) and Alexis Jake the Bellman, they all make my self and my wife feel very welcoming feeling like being at home. The hotel is a wonderful place, with great food, the natural beach pool and the bar area are exceptional. The Hotel is accessible to downtown area and stores are near by with shops and restaurants. I am eager to coming back for my next vacation to Curacao.

Excellent service at every level, very friendly and accommodating, rooms very clean , loved the beach and pool area, and lots to do at the rif fort, food was good , and Stephen and Jorge were two very social and accommodating Waiters , also the location was within walking distance into Willemstad , once again a very enjoyable stay😀
