    Excellent resort, staff, and service

    My husband and I came to this resort to celebrate our 40th anniversary. We were treated like royalty. Joanna provided us with a beautiful cake to celebrate. There was also a bouquet of balloons in our room when we arrived. Since the gym was not open in their hotel my husband had expressed his disappointment. Joanna responded so kindly by upgrading us to an ocean suite in their neighboring hotel. All of the staff are very friendly and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend this resort

    First Time in Aruba

    This was my first time in Aruba and we stayed at the Renaissance . The hotel itself is very nice , lots of shops and things to see. The hotel is on a main street so you really have zero beach BUT they do have a private island which you can catch a boat in the lobby , 7 minute ride. The island is full on wildlife, there are flamingos roaming around, Iguanians every where and a Pelican nesting area. You can grab a full body raft and just float on the water all day. This was 100% worth it, we went there for the full 5 days, three of which we got a cabana . The Room was small but very clean.

    Zulaica Tromp is the best!

    Wow! Zulaica Tromp was an absolute star. She helped us lock in our reservation quickly and then went above and beyond by pointing us to the best local experiences. Whether it was booking an excursion or best places to eat on and off the property, she knew it all. Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort is lucky to have her—we’ll definitely be back!

    I want to extend a big thank you to Zulaica Tromp at the Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort for making our trip so incredibly seamless. Not only did Zulaica assist us with our reservation, she continued to make herself totally available for all planning questions ie answering every question with knowledge, patience and sincere interest in our preferences, likings and needs. Beyond that, Zulaica connected us with great local services—from very affordable and reliable transportation, entertainment and all hotel amenities—all of which really made our stay very memorable.
